What are you all doing with the clothes you "shrink" out of?
Does your center do a swap day? I've heard of WW classes who do that, or donate the clothes to a certain charity.

Question Newbie Question

Hi everyone! I'm new to MRC and to this site. I'm on my second day of preconditioning and will go to the class on Friday to get my real diet plan. I've started drinking the water (only 64oz for now) and was wondering if it matters how fast I drink it? I'm probably going to be done before noon today and started thinking that maybe I'm supposed to spread it out more. Maybe it doesn't matter but I just thought I would ask. I hate getting up at night to go to the bathroom so I like to get it down as soon as possible :0) Thanks!

PS I have really enjoyed reading all the posts and seeing the tickers keep moving down!! Its very inspiring!

Our center does do a clothes swap periodically. We also have a nonprofit here that will accept clothes to give to women entering or reintering the workforce. I had so many suits and nice work things, so felt this was the best place to donate. In some larger communities, they have a program like this called Dress for Success. Other stuff (jeans, t-shirts, etc.) I've just donated to Goodwill, Salvation Army or ARC.

I think we might need a Sticky thread for all things supplements and Herbs, it may be easier for us all to find that info.
Anyone know how to do that?
I'm a spaz and don't even want to attempt it, LOL!

Default Longest time with no cheat? "Bites" count too...

What's the longest you've gone without going off plan? A month, two, three? I think it would be interesting to see everyone's responses. Also, anyone up for a little "no cheat" competition?

Probably a good idea not to strip down at WI. It would be hilarious though. I actually make sure I take off my big hunky watch!

The last time I was at the center the manager mentioned that I would be "shocked" at what some people do for weigh in. She said she often times has to "avert her eyes".

No stripping down to WI for me...my favorite MRC counselor is a male! I even go into the restroom to take off my work slacks when I'm wearing my exercise shorts underneath them. I always take my watch and any jewelry off in the car before I go in, though.

My favorite counselor is a male, too. I like him, but not that much!!
