SHAME ON ME for not reading a few above. Sorry. I thought I'd read the whole page.

Go to the top of you screen to the purple horizontal bar. Click on User CP. If you want the pic to show next to your posts, click on "Edit Avitar". At the bottom of that screen there is the option to use a custom avitar. Follow those directions. You can also add a picture to your profile the same way by clicking on "Edit Profile Picture".

I think you can only use one picture. I used photoshop to splice the two together. You also have to edit the size to fit what the forum allows. Those sizes are indicated when you go to upload the pic, so you may have to give it a couple of shots to get it right (I did).

Oh my gosh. Fave cuss words. I have a horrible mouth and since my dh and I own our own manufacturing business (all men there) it's gotten worse. I do use the F word (not proud of it, but it does come out of my mouth quite often). I'm usually VERY good around my kids. However, today I said "Richard" head to someone. Now, you'll have to figure out what I mean there b/c I didn't say Richard. I used a nick name for Richard! My 5 year old heard me and said "ooohhhhh...**** H**d is a bad word!" Yes, she repeated EXACTLY what I had said! OMG! I felt so bad, but I really just wanted to laugh. I talk the worst when I'm driving or when I'm mad about work stuff! UGH! What a potty mouth I have. So sad.

Oh, WI and remained the same again. They suggested I try the 2 meal plan. I'm gonna do it thru Sunday and see how I WI on Monday AM. I may do it for a whole week. I go to stabilization class Saturday @ noon. I bought a bunch of new clothes today so I'll have to pick out a new outfit from my stash to wear to the Stabilization Party. I'm so excited. I think I'm ready now and just have to wrap my mind around the weight I'm at and getting more exercise in. That's my biggest issue. I don't exercise enough. I think once I get that down pat I'll be doing much better and feel better about my body. I know it takes a while to tone up and get your body looking better.

Have a great night everyone.

That's my niece. She's almost three, so it's an old picture, but I think it's the most recent one I've got.

My fave word/phrase is "son of a b***c". I not only use it to name people I'm mad at, but I also use it like, "gosh darn". Do I get double points? Oh wait, this isn't a competition.
Oh no, sorry.... Double pts for cuss words is only on Fridays....

Sara
Thank you. Keep thinking, and you'll do fine! Make that freedom list!

I've not tried either blended with ice but they sound great. I'm sure someone here has. I do the HNS smoothies and love those. Check out the recipe thread for ideas if your interested.

No... but I track HNS in general... then if I have a creamy HNS, I put that down as "pudding" "crispies", etc....

I don't really drop the f-bomb a lot around other people, mostly my husband, occasionally my daughters now that they're grown - usually it pops out when I'm driving or if I'm by myself & get really angry. My personal favorite rhymes with "spit". Lots of "what-the-****??"s for me too, & a good many dammits. I could usually rein it in at work, but around the house, they fly. Funny, I didn't hear my mom say anything more than darn or heck until I was in college & I almost fell over when she said something about **** freezing over....
