Last night I made terrible food choices. I had too much fat for dinner and decided to skip the dinner dose of Alli. No "treatment effects" or headache so far. I actually am a little constipated??? I am not going to weigh myself and adjust my tracker for a least one week. I have noticed that my stomach area seems smaller in my jeans over the last few days. Which is weird because this is a PMS week.

Fairylights: I personally would not double the dosage to make it the prescription strength. If you want the prescription strength, maybe talk to your MD. I like to take the minimum amount of any drug I need to get the desired result. I love my doctor, but he is definitely one who likes to prescribe drugs over other types of treatments. So maybe I am a little gun shy when it comes to drugs and the like.

Now that I see how much you guys paid for your Alli at stores and how much I overpaid through the internet, it is time for me to get over my embarrassment and buy it at a store next month.

cuppajoe 06-23-2007 03:24 PM

Hi,

This is Day 2 for me and the alli. I've been doing Body for Life exercise plan for 2 weeks now and decided to add alli to the picture. I'll be 50 next month and need all the help I can get.

I gotta say, though, I don't feel any embarassment at all about buying it. I was just so excited to find something that seems to show real promise! Everyone at work [including moi] is fascinated to see how it works for me. And I feel even better that I've found one more thing I can be doing to get to my goal.

No real "treatment effects" except a little gas, but that I'm blaming on the dog! :D

Day 3

After reading the posts, I see I should buy my next batch at Wal-Mart. I paid $64.04 at CVS for the 90 count.

I am on day 3. Last night my husband and I went out to dinner - a pizza place of all places - and I didn't have a pill with me. I had 3 small pieces and a good salad. No effects. I went back to a normal schedule today. I'm not following the alli diet plan, just stealing a recepie or two from the booklets. Like breakfast this morning was one medium pancake with sliced banana's and whipped cream on it. Totally satisfying. Lunch was a small steak and a medium baked potato with spray on butter. Dinner was teriaki chicken, broccoli and sweet carrots. I used very little shrimp sauce. Dessert will be a chocolate fluffy yogurt.

We went grocery shopping and there wasn't any junk food in the basket. Only good stuff. Like ground turkey, which I love. I'm going to cook some turkey burgers tomorrow. Ruby Tuesday's has a great turkey burger if anyone wants to try it.

My exercise today was painting my dinning room. Tomorrow I'll finish it off and move the kitchen table into it and cleaning. I'm going to take a walk later in the day when the sun goes down. We rent a small house, but I have my landlady's persmission to do what I want. We're going to pull up this terrible 70's shag carpet and replace it with a better carpet.

Our AC died so I did a lot of sweating. I need to buy a scale (I keep telling myself to get one) so I can keep track of my progress. I wasn't embarrassed at all to buy the pills. The clerk at CVS said she needs to buy one before they all get sold out. She said they sell a lot.

The only effect I have, is I find myself using the bathroom more often - but no mess up's - yet. Things are going good.

Shayz 06-23-2007 11:12 PM

Well I started taking Alli on the 14th and had my official weigh in today and was down 4lbs. I think I would have lost more but we went out for chinese food last night. Let me tell you that it is hard to find stuff to eat while on Alli at a Chinese place but I did OK, not great. I had some Hot and Sour soup, 1 mini spring roll, and a dish with chicken, shrimp and vegetables. I'm pretty sure that I had over 15grams of fat and had some of the treatment effects this morning. Nothing serious, just some noticed some oil droplets in the toilet after I went to the bathroom. I think my weight loss would have been more had it not been for the chinese food last night.

tkt117 06-23-2007 11:20 PM

So day 6 and I had my first treatment affect! I was actually kind of excited to know that it is working! ;)

Nothing bad... I didn't feel bad... there was no cramping or upset stomach...I did NOT have an accident... just the BRIGHT ORANGE oil in the toilet. I must admit, it was kind of exciting knowing that all of that fat is not in my gut! I had a piece of cake and some hummus. I knew that it was over 15 grams so I was prepared. The affects happened about 4 hours later. That is the first abnormal thing that has happened.

I have heard some people asking about snacks. To be on the safe side, I have been choosing really low (no) fat snacks... apples... grapes...rice cakes. I have a suspicion that over time the pill will begin to accumulate in your system, so even if it has been a couple of hours since you took a pill if you had a big handful of nuts you could be in for some treatment affects. I don't know for sure, but that is my gut feeling. :)

Good Luck Ladies! I am actually looking forward to weighing in on Monday!!!!

bobbigene 06-24-2007 09:52 AM

:chef: Thanks for the info on the low fat hot dogs! I've tried the Oscar Mayer chicken/turkey dogs before and found them lacking - even my dog wouldn't eat them and she was a regular garbage disposal. I'll try mixing the meats for burgers too. I had a friend who said that she put grated zucchini in with very lean hamburger meat to give it more moisture and some flavor. I'm not so sure about that, but I may try that too. It would add fiber that's for sure!

No treatment effects yet but I've still been really watching things. I have to take a road trip to Austin in a couple of weeks so I won't take any doses the day before or the day of the trip to ensure there won't be any problems. I'm sure I won't be able to stay under the 15g per meal at the conference - I've already seen the menu and it isn't Alli friendly! :hun:

Momscookingtofu 06-24-2007 10:56 AM

Down 6lbs!

I'm very excited! I'm down 6lbs since starting the Alli. For the most part I'm being very careful about what I eat. And I don't know if it is a physical or psychological effect of the Alli, but my appetite has been decreased. Or it could be because it's summer and hot and my appetite would normally be decreased. Whatever the reason, I'm very happy!

debalina 06-24-2007 05:08 PM

First "reaction"

I had my first reaction to eating too much fat, but I must say, I was very happy to see that those large orange oil pools were not in my body attaching themselves to my thighs. :carrot: It may seem gross to some, but I'm glad to see Alli at work. I thought my lunch might be a little over and I was right. It didn't take long for it to hit and I didn't have any cramps. Just felt the urge to go.

Will buy my scale tomorrow and weigh myself Tuesday morning - even though my first Alli weigh in is Friday. I'm dying to know now.

Finished painting the room and my legs are so sore from climbing up and down the chair to reach the top. Good exercise though. I feel like taking a nap now.

mommyto3 06-24-2007 06:23 PM

Well today started out okay, but....after church we went to my niece's birthday party at my sil and bil house. I was planning to take my alli with my lunch and forego the cake...or at least only take a bite or two. As soon as I walked in there were dips and snacks and crackers everywhere. After I took 2-3 bites of that (before I had taken my pill) I realized that I had already gone over my 15 g of fat. So I decided to skip the pill. It was all I knew to do, but it went down hill after that. Next time, I have GOT to take the pill before I take my first bite.

Until my huge faux pas today (which really was HUGE in terms of fat grams...not so bad in terms of total food volume) I had lost 3 lbs in 2 days. I'm afraid to take it tonight because I'm still in my math institute all week. If I knew the treatment effects would happen immediately or at least very soon, I would go ahead and take it tonight. The literature said that it could take 48 hours, so I'm afraid to chance it. I'll get back on in the morning for sure. In the meantime, I'll try to do as little further damage as possible.

I have to say that, so far, I'm really loving alli!:D

Shayz 06-25-2007 12:25 AM

This weekend has really been a test for my diet in general and for taking Alli. My fiance moved in with me Friday (we have doing the long distance thing for a long time) and I love cooking for him.

Friday night was chinese food and I think my only huge spurge which apparently wasn't too bad since I didn't have much of a treatment effect. Yesterday breakfast (egg beaters and toast) and lunch (Subway 6inch chicken breast sub) was fine but I grilled some steaks for dinner which worried me a bit. My steak was small but so far there haven't been any effects

Today was a bit more difficult. My fiance loves breakfast burritos with scrambled egges, sausage and hashbrowns, my son loves them but without the scrambled eggs, and I just knew that either wasn't a good choice. So I pulled out 2 pans, one that had the sausage and hashbrowns and the other with just hashbrowns. Once the hashbrowns and sausage was done I made a burrito with 94% fat free wheat tortilla for my son, and then added 2 whole eggs to the pan for my fiance. In the other pan with just the hashbrowns cooking in some Pam I added some eggbeaters which made mine well within my fat limit.

Lunch was a hot turkey sandwhich on toasted wheatbread with lettuce, tomoato, onion and mozzarella cheese which was really tasty! Dinner was really a treat though. My fiance really wanted cheese enchiladas.....a huge treatment effect waiting to happen for me. Instead I grilled up a chicken breast in enchilada sauce, shredded it and added to it some sauted green peppers and onions. Put that mixture in some corn tortillas soaked in enchilada sauce and sprinkled the whole dish with just a little bit of cheese. Fat free beans (which I only had a few bites of) and spanish rice made with brown rice and 1/2 water and 1/2 enchilada sauce completed the meal. It ended up being really good!

So all in all I feel like I stuck to my diet for the most part. About 1400 calories on Saturday, a bit higher than I would like, and 1200 today. I'll let you know how the rest of the week goes.

malinakrome 06-25-2007 03:06 AM

So basically?

So basically you are losing your bowels if you eat too much fat? Without control? Ummm

Also, I was reading on Alli's website which stated that if you stop taking Alli once you begin taking it that you may very well gain back all the weight you lost even with diet and exercise. I do not know if this is worth it for me. I would hate to be tied to a pill forever!

I will keep watching the Alli users progress and see how your melting off your fat...let me know.

Malina

debalina 06-25-2007 08:51 AM

Tied to Alli for life

I must say, I would think once you lost the weight you wanted, you could maintain your weight loss by an occassional pill. But if it meant me keeping the weight off, then I would gladly pay to use Alli for the rest of my life. There are other illnesses which people need to take pills for the rest of their life, so what's so different about this???

The side affects are not uncontrollable. Unless you go out and indulge on high fatty foods in one sitting - then they might. My dinner last night was slightly over the 15 grams and this morning I just had some small orange oil blobs - no cramps, nothing.

I am happy with Alli. I have finally found a partner in weight loss that doesn't make me jittery and my heart rate fly. It has changed my eating habits. Granted, I do have cravings for junk, but I am trying to overcome them by grabbing healthy snacks like grapes and chocolate yogurt.

I'm happy and will be happier (hopefully) when I get on the scale tomorrow and see my weight.

katallan 06-25-2007 09:36 AM

I started Alli Today. I am back on the wagon, after my doctor visit last week (which was terrible). He prescribed Xenical, but did tell me I could buy Alli cheaper and double the dose if I wanted to. I think I will stick with one pill for right now and see what happens. I have altered my diet all last week and thrown out all the cookies, creme horns, chips, etc! So hopefully this is the right pill to help me get back on track and lose this 70 pounds!

My question is this, for those of you who have bought the book, is it worth the $ and is it easy to understand?

Official Weigh-in Day

Hi,

I had my 'official' weigh in this morning. I started Alli a week ago and I lost 5 lbs. in that week so I'm happy about that. I have noticed some of the small orange bubbles in the toilet twice now but haven't had any 'accidents' or any times that I had to change clothes or anything like that.

I have been staying under my 15 grams and that has helped tremendously. I have been eating a lot of good fruit and there's so much of it available now in the summer that it's not been a problem to stay low fat. There really are a lot of low fat things out there if you read the labels carefully.

Hope the rest of you have had good results as well.

Just Started

I just started with Alli today but I tried to be good about eating over the weekend too.

My husband is on a diet as well (he's not taking Alli) so that is going to help me a lot. The only problem is that he likes to eat a lot on the weekends and only follow the diet during the week.

I was wondering, do you know if Alli affects the food you ate BEFORE taking Alli? I was pretty good about eating over the weekend but I def ate over 16g each day. Yesterday I had a pretty big lunch but I had only a california roll for dinner.

I'm planning to eat cereal and lean cuisine for as long as I can. I also started going to the gym a couple of weeks ago so I'm hoping I can lose some weight.

- Pam

pjbeau 06-25-2007 12:38 PM

I'm on day 4 and no "effects" so far. Actually, like some others, I have been experiencing the opposite effect. I checked my weight this morning and I haven't lost anything yet, but I think once my body gets adjusted I will see a loss. Lol...no pun intended.

For those who have eaten Chinese, I read somewhere else that chinese has a lot of sodium, so that could attribute to a little extra water weight the next day.

Everyone have a good day!

mezmerize 06-25-2007 03:17 PM

Today is my 1st day of taking alli (6/25) I was doing on the lowfat eating plan before todays start date until my husband decided to go on a "diet" with me!! I want him to be healthy but what does he do?? Stop Reading Massive food porn ahead! He buys donuts, cookies, sweet drinks, fast food all thurs - sunday. One last fling with this stuff!! I'm so made at myself. I was weak. I ate fast food for dinner to many times and gave into some sweets. GRRR well I'm up 4lbs. What can I say today is a new day! Had I taken alli I would not have eaten all that bad stuff. I'm just happy that when he was buying junk I was buying healthy foods. So this week I have all I need for my preplanned meals through myalliplan. YEAH ME for being at least a little good.

tkt117 06-25-2007 05:36 PM

Okay.... so my official weightloss after a week is 3lbs! Pretty good! I am very pleased. Before taking alli, I was exercising and watching my intake and failing miserably. The pill seems to keep me focused, especially when I want to start snacking like a mad woman!

I have heard some discussion that if you stop taking the pill you will gain all of the weight back. My thought is... MOST people stop taking the pill when the quit or give up. Just like any diet, once you stop eating right, it all comes back and then some. I hope that Alli will teach me some self control... and "think before you eat" mentality. The pill itself will only remove enough calories for you to lose .25 lbs per week. It's effectiveness is in the behavioral modification. The pill is not the reason why people are gaining their weight back. They gain the weight because they resumed their bad eating habits.

The pill also seems to stay in my system for a long time, well after an hour after I have eaten. So be careful about skipping a pill to avoid side effects, you may get them anyway if you have enough of the medicine in your system.

Okay... off my soap box! ;)

I personally have not had any bad treatment effects... one instance of orange bubbles in the toilet. BTW: my husband runs out of the house when I come out of the bathroom. LOL... I just need to share it with someone and he has no interest in hearing about the oil slick in the commode. ;) I know it is so gross, this pill and discussion group is not for the easily quesy! :)

HOWEVER... both of my co-workers have had the dreaded "oily gas." :o They both tested the limits by eating CRAP. But just so you know, if you eat too much fat it will come out and they BOTH said you have absolutely NO control or warning.

I think the thought of orange oil in my panties is enough to keep me honest. :)

Good Luck ladies and gents!

mommyto3 06-25-2007 05:49 PM

tkt117 - Well said!.....and thanks for the heads up!:D

 That made me laugh.

My Alli is on the way, I got the shipping notification this morning. I am in Canada and we don't have it up here so I had to buy it from the US.

About 8 years ago I used Xenical and lost a lot of weight, it was a wonderful tool for me. Unfortuntely for a number of reasons this past 18 months I put on a ton of weight.

I could have gone back to the doctor and asked for more Xenical but I was kind of embarrassed (silly, I know) I am hoping Alli will be as beneficial.

After several months on Xenical I only had a couple of bad experiences when I over indulged, one was Christmas dinner with stuffing/gravy/pie etc... and the other I was just being an idiot. I was happy to see the oil slick in the toilet and know it wasn't going on my hips.

Good luck everyone on Alli :)

bobbigene 06-25-2007 07:59 PM

Orange Oil . . .

OMG, way too funny!:hyper: It's nice to be able to laugh about it and be able to talk about it.

So far no problems for me, I started taking them Friday with supper. I didn't take any this morning for breakfast - only 3 grams of fat and I can't see wasting a pill for only 3 grams of fat! Probably won't take one with dinner either because what I plan on having is only 7 grams of fat. I'll save them for meals with at least 10 grams. Think they'll still work OK?

They are certainly keeping me honest and thinking about what I consume. Took me forever at the grocery store tonight because I was reading every label and putting stuff back because either it wasn't worth the fat grams or all I'd be able to have is one little tiny bite. I'm not happy with just a taste of something. Guess I'm like an addict - I'm better off with nothing. One little taste and I'm off and running until it's gone.

Anyway, it's nice to know that all of us seem to be doing well on Alli! Best of luck to us all!

mezmerize 06-25-2007 11:37 PM

Just thought I'd check in before bed. Today went great. I've kept my fat grams to a min. no gas or oil slicks. hehe The only thing is I'm having to go #1 alot! Not sure what's up with that. I've don't think I've stepped up my water that much. I drank 100 oz today. That is pretty tipical since I started my WLP. Anyways Sending many happy alli wishes to all.

PsyDiva 06-26-2007 12:50 AM

I've been on Alli for 7 days and I have lost 8lbs. The orange oil in the panties..yeah that was a reality for me my third day on Alli. I vowed never again! Bobbigene, you're right about laughter...laughing was my saving grace.

balloonlady 06-26-2007 01:42 AM

Day 6 for me and so far no real side effects. I'm a bit gassy, but it's hard to tell if that's from alli, since I'm always a bit gassy. I did have a headache for the first two days, but I thought it was related to skipping coffee. headache is gone and I feel good.

I don't know if I've lost any weight. I'm not stepping on the scale just yet, but i do like the way I feel. Eating less fat has given me more energy, even if it has not translated into weight loss yet.

So far Alli has changed the way I look at food. When I go shopping for the family I've been a lot more careful about what I buy. The fear factor keeps me on track and that's worth the cost to me.

I think that's a great idea! The alli helps block the fat, but it needs to be thought of as a tool to modify behavioral change. That's the key to keeping it off! Sounds like you're doing great!!

mommyto3 06-26-2007 07:07 AM

My first day of Alli was Thursday. Since then I've lost 5 lbs!:carrot: Overall I have eaten healthier for sure! My sugar and fried food consumption is WAY down!! Those are my biggest vices and my weakness for the sugar is what has kept me from being successful on weight watcher's for all of these years I've tried to count points. I kept using too many points for chocolate, ice cream, etc so I would lose a few...have momentary weakness and gain, lose a few....and on and on.

I'm even more excited about Alli than I was before. I've not had any treatment effects. I've lost 5 lbs. Sunday I only took one pill at breakfast because I went to my nieces birthday party and knew that I was going to overindulge (not much, but more than 15 fat grams) so I didn't take the pill at lunch and I ate very little for supper...so I didn't take it that night either.

Yesterday was very difficult because I'm in the middle of a 2 week math institute (I'm a teacher) and we have had catered breakfasts and lunches every day. I've been eating breakfast at home since on Alli, and I've been really carefull at lunch. Yesterday was tough. I took my pill (in private) before I saw what was for lunch. It was lasagna, bread saturated in butter (literally), salad, and cheesecake.

I got a salad w/fat free dressing, and I ate only a couple tablespoons of the lasagna. I had no idea how much fat was in it, but I knew it was a lot AND I ate the bread :o I haven't had any treatment effects yet, but I know that I still could. The scale was down quite a bit from yesterday though, so hopefully it won't show up there either.

I went to a Cookie Lee jewelry party last night, and there were lots and lots of goodies...including spinach and artichoke dip (which I LOVE!) and baked chocolate goodies. I didn't have ANY!!:carrot: Had I not been on Alli, I most definitely would have, even if I wasn't hungry....so I am loving this!!

InLimbo 06-26-2007 08:11 AM

Hi - I found this summary on ***********.com which seemed interesting:
http://www.***********.com/resource/...les.asp?id=890

I was tempted to try Alli but after reading this and other people's stories about orange bubbly in the toilet, I opted to pass. I'll spend the money on some Yoga or a new exercise tape first.

Good luck to you all. Hope it does work.

Lost 2 lbs

I lost 2 lbs! YEAH!! :carrot: It's not much, but it's a step in the right direction! I take the pill with each meal. I want that stuff in my system at all times. It does help me think about what I'm eating. Now I just need to step up my exercise and get it really moving!

katallan 06-26-2007 10:12 AM

Well day 2 and I haven't had any ill effects other than a slight headache.

I am like everyone else, this pill keeps you honest! The fear of cheating and having an accident is always in the back of my mind!

It has been a challenge to find low-carb low-fat recipes!

cuppajoe 06-26-2007 02:32 PM

Day 5. Lost all of 1 pound. No TE's. Headaches and cramping and nausea which may or may not be the Alli...hope it gets better than this!

galengail 06-26-2007 03:16 PM

I'm thinking of getting a starter pack today and was curious about something. If you eat a meal with little to no fat (wheat toast-no butter, yogurt, and fruit) do you still need to take a pill with that meal? I try to keep either my breakfast or lunch as light as possible. Has anyone in-the-know read anything about this?

pjbeau 06-26-2007 03:45 PM

Way to go people...tkt117 - 3lbs, PsyDiva - 8lbs, Deborah - 5lbs, and Debbie - 2lbs!!
:carrot::broc::carrot:

bobbiegene - We started on the same day. It will be nice to compare our notes as we go along.

Cuppa - I understand your frustration, but hang in there. I'm on day 6 and no weight loss yet. I've also had a slight headache, but not sure if it's Alli related either.

Galengail - The literature says that if you are certain your meal does not contain any fat at all, you can skip a dose.

I was wondering if anyone else has told someone they are taking Alli? I have only told my DH. There has been so much negative press, I don't need the stress of thinking people are judging me. That's why I'm so glad I can come here and share info and stories.

We all understand this is a tool and not a miracle drug. It certainly makes me stop and think before I eat something.

Keep it up everyone. :cheer2::cheer2:

Umagurl 06-26-2007 05:12 PM

Starting soon. How do I make it easy?

Ok ladies....I need some advice. I hate planning, and the thought of planning meal by meal is making me feel it is too hard to even start. So

Can't I just kind of wing it? But all with staying within my fat grams? I mean, I know how to diet.

Like mornings, I usually have a protein shake with soy milk and strawberries. That is about 3g of fat or less.

Snack, fruit.

Lunch...Maybe a lean cuisine

Dinner...Sometimes it is just a protein shake, or another lean cuisine.

Your opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Lyds 06-26-2007 05:26 PM

Alli

Hi.

I tried Alli and was so tired when I took it. Actually, I honestly didn't equate my tiredness with the pills. My husband suggested that it might be the pills, so I stopped taking them to see if they were the problem. They were! I couldn't believe it!

I want to try again and maybe I will after vacation but was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this? I watched my fat intake, exercised and drank 80 ounces of water a day.

Thanks!!

tkt117 06-26-2007 05:41 PM

Great Job Ladies! Pjbeau... some ladies at work are doing the "trial" phase with me, so it is kind of fun to compare stories with each other. But if they weren't doing it and didn't have a good sense of humor, I probably wouldn't tell anyone. The critics have been brutal. :(

Deborah... that is exactly why I am taking this pill. Situations like the party, where I would have just said..."Oh well.... I'll do better tomorrow" and gorged myself. With this pill... that isn't going to work! WTG!

I weighed myself this morning and I am down another pound. I forgot my pills this morning, so this is my first day without taking any of the pills, but I have been eating really really low fat. So it shouldn't affect me too much either way.

Have a great day! Good Job to everyone who is sticking to the plan, which sounds like everyone on this thread! There will be no new pantie purchases in our future! ;)

mommyto3 06-26-2007 05:42 PM

Thanks Paula! I appreciate you encouragement!! I'm so excited about alli!! So far...so good! I have told a few people that I am taking it. My dh, my mother, sister, best friend, and one woman at my math institute. I wish that I hadn't told the fellow math teacher, but we have been eating together through this whole thing and because of some of the catered foods, I did mention it. I only regret telling her because during the school year, I don't normally spend much time with her and I don't know what she will do with the information....but really, who cares? :)

umagurl-Everything I've read says to plan our meals in advance for greater success BUT life happens! Sometimes I'm really good about that and sometimes I find myself winging it....BUT (yes, another but!) I think we should attempt to plan to a degree without allowing food to consume our thoughts. Whatever works best for you is definitely the way to go...and that may be different for someone else. :)

Lyds-I haven't had any fatigue except for nights when I've gone to be too late...like last night. Since you've said this, I'll be more mindful of it and see if I notice fatigue that I can't otherwise account for. Good luck and have a great vacation!!

tkt117-I agree. The critics have been brutal. That bothered me at first and made me reluctant to post on any forum about it...but then I decided that I really don't care what other people think. They don't know what I've gone through and tried. If they choose not to try it, then I support their decision. My dr prescribed Xenical for me as he scared me about the prospect of my becoming diabetic if I don't lose this weight. This was the same day that alli came out. I would prefer to try a smaller, less expensive dose first. If that works then why take a stronger, more expensive drug? But the critics....bring 'em on!:D

I don't know what's wrong with me... :(

I had been on it since Thursday and even though I have stuck to my diet (I already kept a food journal so I know I haven't really changed anything) I actually *gained* weight. :?:

I have had no effects and I am starting to wonder if it's going to work for me at all.

Did you start right away?

One more question?

The plan says to follow a low fat diet for 3 days and then take the pill. What did you guys do?

Im thinking I should just go for it...lol Just wondering what the majority is.

Today I started good, and then after lunch I went out and bought junk....
