Default I Am Hanging In Here.....

WORKING VERY SUPER HARD ON MY DIET THIS WEEK. STARTED DOING SBD ON TUESDAY. MY HUBBY IS GOING TO BE STARTING BFL ON FRIDAY SO THAT WILL KEEP ME ON TRACK.
I HAVE JUST BEEN PEAKING IN TO SEE WHATS GOING ON AND BACK OUT. I HAVE HIT THE GYM 2 DAY SO FAR THIS WEEK.
AT MY GYM WE HAVE A NEW HIP HOP DANCE CLASS, IT LOOKED LIKE ALOT OF FUN. ( I MAY TRY NEXT MON.) I JUST WATCHED AS I DID CARDIO, I WANTED TO CHECK IT OUT FIRST.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I WILL TALK WITH YOU SLENDER FOLKS LATER.....

Hey Ya'll,
Had step class again tonight and I survived. I am so glad that I don't have it again till Teusday. I will go and do the treadmill and bike. The instructor told me that in that class for an hour I would burn 880 calories. We will see how the scale looks on Monday.I am hurting tonight too. I think it will take some time to not feel like I am dying.

So glad to hear from you. Sounds like you are doing great. When I start working soon I will probally read but not post as much. A Hip Hop class sounds so cool. Learn how to dance and have fun.

Default oh no . . .

I'm out for this week
Hubby came home and I have not gotten to the gym in 2 days. Not enough days in the week to make 5. Don't know if I will get there today or not. Lots going on with trying to buy this new house in MO and now got a letter from the condo assoc. back in VA and we need to make a couple repairs on our condo back there. Nothing major. Just coordinating it all with the time difference. We had to get up at 4am to make phone calls. So there went our gym time. Ah well . . . I'm just on pause. I should be back on track by next week.
Vicki-you are doing great! The step class sounds wicked! Keep it up!
Amy-so good to see you back. What is BFL?

Hi Gals,
Life has been crazy lately, but i have been getting my walking in every morning.
I have been walking for one hour. My food intake has been so hard for me. I start out good every morning but by lunch i am back into my old habits. Tommorow is a new day. I know if i can get through one day i would be on my way. I was looking for the food log you were talking about the tap on the top of the page but i can not find it HELP!! I am so proud of all you girls keep up the great job!!

Hey Ya'll,
It is Sunday morning for me already. I started feeling dizzy and like I needed to lay down Friday. I thought maybe I just got up to quick. I called the Doc later to come in and found out that my bloodpressure was having sudden drops that my body was not used to. He still felt that it was not staying low enough to take me off the bloodpressure med. He doesn't want me to go back to the step class until my blood pressure is stable. I felt terrible the rest of the day and I still feel really weak. I did not go to the gym Fri or Sat. My hubby came home last night. I go back on Monday to get my blood pressure checked and will go to the gym Monday night.I am glad it is coming down but it needs to stay so I can get off the med.
Sounds like everybody is doing great. I have to weigh tomorrow and I would love to be in the 180's.Well, enjoy your Sunday,

Hey Everyone
Today is Monday morning and it is weigh in day for me. I am down three pds. So happy. A total of 40 pds. I can't believe it. I feel soooo good!

You are doing so good. When you want to change your ticker, you go into your signature through quick links and just change the number and hit save and it will show the change.
Jane,
Just keep up the walking and the food will come along. You will feel to good to want to eat bad.Plan your food the day before so you know what you can have.

I know you are enjoying your hubby being home.
I just found out I have class everynight this week so I have got to figure out how to exercise this week. I also have it during the day.I'll work it out.

hey guys...well i think i found out why i was having such a hard time with the whole weight loss thing...it would seem that in a few months, there is going to be a new addition to our household. i've been telling hubby for weeks that i think i'm pregnant, but the tests were all neg. finally one showed up with what i knew to be true, and i understand why my weight is being so tricky!! lol...so i guess that's that, and i can just try now to keep the weight on track for pregnancy weight gain instead of gaining 60 lbs like last time!

Vicky you are in a groove girl! I am so happy for you. You worked so hard and deserve those 3 lbs! But gosh, I'm so glad you went to the docs. Don't want you tipping over . . . I know yo are glad you hubby is home. Are the boys back in school?

Jane-keep on walking girl. You are doing great. You are forming great habits for life!

Amy-How is SBD going? Week two now, right?

I hade a really bad few days. I haven't been sticking to the diet very well. I only exercized 3 days last week. I did get to the gym this morning before 4am. Long story . . . I barely had enough energy to do anything. I did 25min on the ellip. Then 20min. on the bike. I didn't try very hard at either. My sleep schedule is all crazy. I have 101 excuses. Fact is, I need to get on the same body clock my husband is on so I have the energy in the morning. Normally we wouldnt go that early, but he had to be to work early. From now on we should be back to our old schedule. Be to the gym by 4:15 till 5am. Only 45min. But thats all my hubby has time for in the morning. We'll see. So-I am back on for this week! Glad you guys are doing so great!

I know how it is when the hubby comes home. You are so glad and just want to spend time with him. I am gonna be dying when I go to the gym because of the days off. Thanks for the congrats.You know I was dying to get in the 180's. The boys start the 30th of this month. I am in training this week and start on the 30th also. This will be a big test for me that I can still eat right and exercise.

Hubby's Birthday--- I Cooked All Of His Favs For Dinner And Had Cake & Ice Cream.

Angry Today just bites . . .

I could not get to sleep lastnight so was in no shape to go to the gym at 4:15am. I told myself I would go when my husband got home, but ended up going to the grocery instead. So I didn't go today. Now I will have to go Saturday to make 5 days. Tonight he wants to go to bed at 7:30! I know I can't do it on my own so I took one of those tylenol sleeping pills. I go to turn on the alarm and he informs me that he is not going in the morning cause he is gonna workout at work. Well what the am I doing going to bed at 7:30 in the freakin evening then! I wish he would have told me sooner. I hate this. My body hates working out at 4:30am and my husband hates working out at night. I guess I need to just start walking to the gym after he goes to work. Would take about 30 minutes to get there. I just hate walking for exercise. Sounds stupid, I know. Then walking sweaty gross home from the gym-geeze! I am in such a whiney mood today! (TOM) I will try to be more pleasant and supportive and take my own "signature" advice tomorrow.

Amy-I'm sorry you had a challenging day, but it was for a good reason and you enjoyed it and it's over. You are already back in the right mindset! Don't look back!

Jayne-how is everything going with the walking and food? Check your in-box!

Shrink-Any morning sickness yet? I never had any. Probably why I gained 40lbs both times.

Vicky-How are you feeling? Anymore light headedness? Head still heavy? I sure hope you are feeling back to normal soon. You are doing such an amazing job. Do you realize you are averaging over 3.5 lbs a week! You are a fat melting machine!

I got day 2 down for the week. I waited for my husband to get home from work, then I went to the gym. It was crowded, but my body enjoyed it so much more! I worked out 1 hour on the precore machine and it was a nice change. Similar to the elliptical, but I think it works more muscles in the rear section! I have no idea when I am working out tommorow, but I will get there!

Keep pushing girls!
