Good Morning all
Today is weigh in day for me and I am down 3. Can't believe it. Wow I think I have lost a small child now.
I hope everyone else is having a good day too. I am taking a gym break tonight and going to my hubby's game. Then back tomorrow night.
Jane,
Way to go girl. You did it all by yourself. I knew you could.
I love cottage cheese. I haven't had that in a long time. I normally have an egg salad sandwhich for breakfast because of my sugar I have to have allot of protein. Weird, but I want Tina Fish for breakfast. No biggy, Right?
I just want to say thanks agin for all the support.

Next Sunday will be my first weigh in.

You are a wonderful role model keep up the great work!!
Dinner for me today was 2 pork chops and coolwhip with blue berries.

Just a quick check in!
Walked for one hour this morning, the sunrise was just beautiful. Wow what an awsome God we have. Its almost lunch time and i said no to myself about eating chocolate. I even packed a healthy lunch to bring to work.
Have a super fantastic day ladies. I have a mini goal for myself to lose 20lbs.
By the time i go on retreat Sept 30th. Pray for me

Had a disagreement with my 16 year old. Now that he got his permit he wants to drive everywhere, but what he doesn't understand is his father and I need to see some B grades then we won't object so much. He just wants to out with his girlfriend and friends all the time or sit at our house and watch movie after movie. He never makes his bed or pick up his own dishes the list goes on and on. He just expects us to hand him money all the time. He knows things are hard for us my husband had to get a new job this year so money is tight.
Anywho this sends in to my favorite fix my feelings with food. This time it is two handfuls of potato chips.
Thanks for letting me vent.
Anyone have so advice in this matter?

Hey Jane,
You Know When I Was Getting Ready To Get A Car And Everything I Had To Get A Job. They My Dad Told Me He Would Match What Ever I Saved And Them We Would Buy Me A Car.
Well Once I Saved The Money, He Didnt Make Me Actually Use It For That, But Then I Did Have To Use It For My Own Ins. And Gas And Stuff.
Could He Not Get Some Type Of Job To Help You Out And Learn To Be Responsible. I Know Sometimes With School And Stuff Its Hard, But Maybe A Weekend Job.

We Are Doing Another 5 Day Challenge????

Elliptical- 50 Minutes = Around 550 In Cals.

I Am Hitting It Hard This Week. I Was Only Down About 1 Pound But I Did Not Really Do Well With My Diet.
This Week Its On!!!! I Have Done Good Today Eating Light. We Will See How This Week Goes.

Hey everybody,
It is Teus night for me and I am about to go to bed.
Day one is done. I did 35 min on the treadmill and 25 on the bike. I also did the machines and worked my arms. I had to figure out how to do them.

Of course we are. You go girl. You should have a big loss this week.
Jane,
I hear ya about the 16 year old. I looked in his closet today and he had hardly any clothes in there. I opened the cabinet above it and all the piles of clothes fell on my head. It was like a comedy show. Today has been a day that I could have used a break from him. I always tell the three men in my life that I am gonna get my own apartment one day and live alone and be soooo skinny. The ups and downs with the kids are hard. My stress relief is the gym When I am mad I don't want to go but I make myself and always feel better afterwards.

Thumbs up Hi Amy!

Yes, we are doing another 5 day challenge. Vicki and I have kicked it up a notch adding weights to our workout schedule. Just to keep it interesting! Anyhoo, I am on day 2. I worked out Sunday but not yeserday. Today I did 70 minutes on the bike and a full circuit of weights (12 different exercises, 8 different machines) I haven't decided on a routine yet so am just doing them all 10repsX3sets 3Xaweek. I may change that after I get a bit more focused. Still not sure I am going to work it all in when the hubby gets home. Only 8 more days. Ok-well hope you all are doing good-I need to hit the hay-night all!

Thanks everyone for the great advice. Matching savings dollar for dollar great idea. And working out instead of eating your right I have to do mind changes to old respones to my feelings. Changing habits!!! Thanks gals your the best. I walked for 1 hour today, food was bad though had one piece of chocolate down hill after that i had six more oh yah then what the heck i messed up so i added a big chocolate chip cookie to that.

Tommorow is another fresh start.
No more feeling sorry for myself and giving into sugar and chocolate junk food in general.

Ladies i am so proud of your great workouts. Keep up the geat job!!

Amy, how are yo doing? Did you get your workout in today. You had a great start!

Vicky-still going strong? How are the added weight days working out for you? Feel the burn!

I am certainly feeling the differnce in my energy level. I am pretty tired even with the addition of carbs. But I know, in the end it will all pay off. Weights are something totally new for me so I am excited to see how it affects my body.

Well, need to catch up on some correspondance. TTYL!

Day two done.
I did the machines again last night. It hurt worse than the day before. Then I came home and did crunches.
Hey Jane,
I have to not have any bad food in the house. That way if I have a bad moment the stuff is not around. Most the time the moment passes and then you forget about wanting the bad stuff.

Okay You All Are Doing Great!!!
Yes, I Have 2 Days In. I Do Weight S Also When I Go To The Gym. Circuit Type Workout.
Tonight We Have Meet The Teacher At My Sons School. ( Kindergarten)
I Am Gonna Hit It Hard Tomorrow, Friday And Sat Morn To Finish Off My 5 Days...
I Am Doing Much Better On My Diet This Week. So Hopefully The Scales Will Be Down A Bit.
