i did IP in 2011 and lost 100lbs in 8 months. I kept most of it off for the first 3 years, and then it starting coming back on quickly for the last 3 years (ALL of it, plus another 22). I had a tough year of sciatica in 2016 and i probably gained 30-40lbs in that year alone.

anyhow, i'm back on IP 100% as of 4/08 and i was down 14lbs at my last weigh in (19 days total) and my next one is tonight. i forgot how good the IP food is, and they have made A LOT of new foods since 2011. it does seem that most of the new stuff is both higher in calories and net carbs than the food was in 2011, so i'm wondering if that will cause this round to go a bit slower than last time. i guess we'll have to find out!

good luck, ladies (and gentlemen)!!!!

Default Rebooters

It seems there are a few of us here on this thread. I am glad. I have a few supporters in my house, but hearing from you girls is encouraging. This past week I had extra protein because I was hungry after work. However I managed to loose 1 pound. Hey 1 pound is better than nothing. I am drinking a lot of water. I have tried to reboot several times. so this time around has been fabulous. I have not cheated. wooop woop. hang in there and hope to hear from you!

I did IP in 2013 and kept most of the weight off for 3 years. I've also tried to reboot several times, but wasn't totally committed, until now!!!
I was starving in the beginning and my coach said having an extra packet was fine Thanks for sharing...Keep up the great work!!!!

So glad to be back on IP after a couple years off and more than a couple pounds gained. I've lost 16 lbs and 22 inches in 3 months. I took 3 weeks off protocol, eating 1/2 portions and staying away from carbs. I knew trying to stay on IP during those 3 weeks would be difficult and I still lost 4 lbs. When I go back on IP, I'm "all in". I don't cheat and do it by the book. Some go-to foods that save the day: jicama sticks, oil/vinegar dressing, IP chocolate soy puffs, ready-made choc shakes. Looking forward to Phase 2 soon. Good luck, fellow IP's and thank you for posting -- inspiring!!

Default Happy Saturday Rebooters!💋

Today is a going to be a good eat day! Saturdays are hard because we are home and relaxed from a long week! Fight the day!!! If you want food other than your ideal food, search for the feeling that is happening at that moment, fight it. Don't let it happen think of the progress you have already made. It's not worth it!! Drink water, go for a walk, do laundry (look at the clothes, have they changed in size) let that be an inspiration to you. We all have parts of of us that will live in the past and that is what will cause us to fail. Fight it! Have a great day! 😎

Default Rebooters

Good morning Rebooters,
Today was my weigh in. I am very extremely overly happy, good stuf. I was on vacation last week went to a conference with my husband and ended up losing and I thought I gained even though I stuck to the plan I did not have all my food with me and I substituted things for this and that. Anyway I hope everybody is having a good day so far hopefully I'll hear for some of you. Keep Going!💋💋💋💋

Last night my husband and I went to an MLB game (Go Tigers!)
It was my greatest challenge to date. We went out for dinner before the game. I stayed on plan by having a 6oz steak with broccoli
At the game I only drank water and had an IP snack. The game even went into extra innings. 5 hours at a ball park and I only had one IP snack and 3 bottles of water!
YAY
The old me would of had a hot dog, ice cream and dinner beforehand would have been a bunch of fried stuff with cheese :-)

HI, I first followed the program in 2011-2012 and lost over 200 lbs. now over time I has all come back. I am going to reboot and try without packages. hopefully that helps me set a long term plan for maintenance.
