Hi fitforlifeinthenw: I am so conflicted about soy, since Asian women do so well and stay healthy with a diet fairly high in soy. Just my opinion, but I think a lot has to do with whether the soy is organic or GMO - almost all N American soy is GMO (

Anyhow you already know about Low carbing and Keto (under 50g) and how it works to heal insulin resistance and the accompanying diseases.
