D Grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli (unless coach says try something else)

L: Big spinach, cucumber and red pepper salad
S: Pure Protein bar
D: Crockpot pork roast, roasted cauliflower and roasted radishes
S: Syntrax Nectar crystal sky shake after Les Mills Pump
B: IP peach-mango drink
L: Proti-Thin Broc soup with sauteed mushrooms, colored peppers + salad of lettuce, cucumber, celery
S: Quest chocolate brownie bar
D: 7 oz shrimp sauteed with garlic, mushrooms, peppers, tamari
1 oz turkey ( as I cut it off the bone and prepared to store and freeze it)
roasted rutabaga and a few asparagus

L: 2 fried eggs on top of baby bella mushrooms and red bell peppers with EVOO and Montreal chicken spice
D: Top round beef with black peppercorn and 2c broccoli
S: Undecided, probably ChocoLite peanut butter or IP chocolate drink
B: BBQ Soy chips & Coffee ( have any of you tried the WF creamers OMG)
L: Chicken ala King with 3 oz's of chicken with added veggies
S: Hard boiled egg
D: Fish of some kind with a salad with WF dressing
S: IP Waffers
B: Healthsmart Cappuccino in coffee
S: ProtiDiet chicken noodle soup
L: Spinach, cuke and mushroom salad

Yesterday
B: Doppio espresso with RTD cappuccino (every day). Added a little cinnamon to mix it up
L: Leftover pork chop with thai slaw
S: 1/2 IP orange drink, 1/2 IP blueberry cran-granata drink
D: Grilled chicken breast with side salad and grilled veggies (at a restaurant)

Today
B: Doppio espresso with RTD cappuccino
L: 2 cups Lebanese salad (recipe found here) with IP rotini
S: maybe some IP cherry jello... I hate it but need to use up packets.
D: Grilled chicken with more Lebanese salad.
B: IP Chocolate drink
L: 1C sauteed cabbage, 1C cucumber and celery, IP butterscotch pudding (not sure about this one...)
D: Bulkogi marinated pork, roasted broccoli and cauliflower
