Planning ahead:
Dinner out tomorrow. Seafood, veggies, salad
Sat/Sunday: thawing out 5 lbs ground beef. Gonna make low carb meatloaf and some burger patties for future cooking. Also thawing a chicken for the rotisserie. May also make some carnitas (from pork tenderloin) in the crockpot. I try to do most of my cooking for the week on the weekends.
