Lisa32989-

I just wanted to let you know that you look a,axing. So amazing that you motivated this girl to get up off the couch and take "before" photos. They're quite painful!

I'll post them when I have an awesome "after" photo to share. Keep up the good work! ;)

I love the orange and lemon wafers ! I have one every night.
The pre made chocolate and vanilla shakes are my other two products I use.

There's nothing wrong with using the same products all the time, but your tastes tend to change after a few weeks on IP and things that you didn't like before you now do like. So if you start to get burned out on wafers and shakes, don't be afraid to re-try other products.

What type/brand of chicken sausage do you get? I have never included any type of sausage in my diet as I didn't think it was on the protocol.

Any one else have any thoughts about whether it is compliant or not?

Thanks

I don't know the brand off the top of my head but it is low fat, zero carbs. My coach said it was okay.
