I made up 9- 2c serving in small zip lock baggies today of zucchini noodles. THey are in the freezer ready for me when I need them. If you make some spicy ground beef meatballs (cooked ahead of time, made the size of a large marble or bit bigger) you can take you noodles, sauté them with garlic in a pan, add in your pre-made meatballs and use the tomato basil soup with enough seasoning to alter it's "off" taste you have mock spaghetti and meat balls! that is lunch tomorrow for me :) |
