B: Premiere Protein RTD (divided into portions due to being over plan if not) L: Same as above, lettuce, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup cucumber & 1 1/2 cups of steamed broccoli D: Baked chicken seasoned with italian seasoning, 2 cups of steamed broccoli & zuchinni S: Premier Protein RTD (divided into portions due to being over plan if not) I honestly can't seem to choke down the WF dressing...bacon ranch yesterday was no bueno. |
