I had stir fry tonight - it was yummy.- I had forgotten how much I like stir fry. I bought some of the WF Asian dressing that DLR9774 recommended on the weekend daily chat. It was super. I had everything cooked and then tossed a little bit on while it was still in the skillet - briefly.

S: Pure protein shake L: Broccoli, cucumber, red onion and lettuce salad w/ homemade dressing S: Chocomint shake D: 8 oz pork tenderloin chop and roasted cauliflower Getting pretty tired of cauliflower....I used to love it, but I think that was with cheese smothering it, lol. Boy do I wish we had more veggie options! |

I like Bragg's unfiltered, but recently got some organic, raw, filtered ACV through our Bountiful Basket program to try... looking forward to it! Using my oil allotment over my salad and just splashing ACV over that and then sprinkling whatever spices that I grab is my super-fast salad dressing!! |
