Yaelbelle,
WOW. That doesn't just FEEL like a major NSV... it IS a major NSV!!!
Perhaps the hardest lifestyle change of all for me has been the cold turkey breaking of the previously lifelong emotional eating cycle. I have changed it to emotional exercising! However, I do have to say I am okay with crying as long as I'm doing something constructive (like running!) while I do it!

Here's to healing body, mind, soul, and spirit!

How wonderful to be able to not field inquiries about my dramatic weight loss in front of a crowd of people.

MY NSV is I am more than just my weight and I am blessed to have friends and family that respect if I don't bring it up it's not a topic of conversation. Roo2:carrot::carrot::carrot:

Awesome.

Today I realized I didn't need to stand sideways in the shower! Its still to damn narrow for my liking but the shower curtain didn't stick to me and it was comfortable standing straight on. Even as I realized this I was pissed at whoever designed my danger tub. Its not long enough either. I want one of those fancy slipper soaking tubs or more realistically a nice big walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

Completed C25K Week 6 tonight with a 22 minute run. After 6 short weeks, I went from not being able to run a half block to being able to run for 22 minutes straight. I am amazed at what my body is capable of!

And the endorphin rush has become my new addiction...

This is my NSV for the day!

Last week I bought a new winter coat in the regular section of the store. I had started in the women's section (because I am still a size 18) but they had very little to choose from. I swallowed hard and walked over to the standard size section, which of course had a huge selection. I found something I like, slipped it on, buttoned it up and tied the sash- it actually fits! I love that coat!

I realized today that I wasn't afraid to go down stairs any more because I can now see past my boobs and see my feet and anything else down there that was long hidden from view!!!

All these NSV's bring tears of joy to my eyes! I love reading them so much. We all have come so far and these NSV's just prove that we can do this! :) Way to go, everyone! :)

Have been on IP for 10 weeks now, down 30+ lbs. Flew on airplane for first time today since starting diet. Was thrilled when I actually fit in seat without by hips hugging the sides, and I actually had to tighten the seatbelt!

I ordered some Old Navy jeans size 10 online Black Friday thinking that I would be prepared for when I need the smaller size in a few weeks. They finally arrived this week and they fit!
