It's more of a tortilla than a pizza crust. I just combined 1C of riced cauliflower with 1 egg white, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.

I spread it really thin on a baking sheet with parchment paper. It made about a 5" tortilla. I recommend making crackers with it. Put about a spoonful for each cracker, spread really thin. It makes about 6 crackers.

Bake at 375 until the edges are crispy.

Great job!!!

Be careful when you go to work on that pier. I did just weed eating on Saturday and my arms felt like they both weighed 1000 lbs. They were a little better on Sunday so I mowed the grass, now they are sore like I did 200 pushups. Bad thing about all this is that I have to do 34 pushups in 2 minutes this weekend and 38 sit ups in 2 minutes then run 2 miles in 18:18. I am going to ask if I can push off that PT test until November. I'm worried that it will just be too much for my body to handle right now.

By the way, all that stuff above is for our yearly physical training test with the National Guard. :(
