WI was pretty successful. Down 4.4 lbs and 2 inches! I would normally be really happy, but after last weeks gain of 3.6 means I really just lost 1 lb. But, a loss is a loss, I'll take it!! ;)

Ok we can't start the day off on page 2.
JW. I guess any loss is a loss right? Looks like Cowboy fans are going to need to borrow some of those Sain't bags after last night. |
Not great but i will take it 3 more gone this week. 15 to go....

Big Dad and JW....Take it! Thats awesome! I weigh in Thursday morning and have no idea what to expect this week after 7lbs last week, but whatever it is, it is.
Just posted this on my other thread about the cauliflower pancakes...posting here also for my bro's...you HAVE to make these...and freakin simple too! OK, so just made the pancakes for breakfast...YUM! Measured the cauliflower "rice" which is more like couscous...it is 3/4 cup. 1 whole egg, 1 egg white (I use extra large eggs)....skipped the splenda, added 1 tsp vanilla and several dashes cinnamon...mix, add to hot oil...fried on medium high and let them cook. Spray with no cal butter spray and add WF syrup. Totally acceptable! Delish! Note: That is a large full size dinner plate. Jake http://www.nature-source.com/pancakes.jpg |
Oh yeah...Mix ingredients in a bowl before you add the cauliflower...then add it and mix well...
Thought of you JW while I was eating these...haha! |

Today was my first meeting with the coach and start of my program. She was going to have me start tomorrow but my breakfast was IP friendly (natural whey protein, low carb and no sugar) I got the 'OK' to start right away since I was on my lunch break for the meeting.
Stalking this forum and also reading Why We Get Fat packed me full of knowledge on the program before meeting with a coach. She was happy that I made her job a lot easier. I spent the past few days cutting back on my carb intake so hopefully that makes the first week a little easier. I had to switch out my Dinner and Snack meals because dinner at 4PM isn't an option when you work a 9 to 5. I have only tried the ready-made chocolate shake and one of the bars (cranberry?) but both were pretty good. I look forward to trying out that cauliflower pancake recipe this weekend if my WF syrup arrives on time. So here I begin my 100lb weight loss journey. I am 29 and I have never been in the 1xxlb range during my 20's. I am looking forward to enjoying my 30th at 180lbs! |
