I attempted cauliflower pizza crust last night. I used a cup of riced cauliflower but it only made about a 5" crust (spread very thin). Does that sound correct? It wasn't bad though. I used it as a tortilla for some bbq chicken and veggies.

I do like this recipe for chips though. I am going to do another batch with chip sized portions to have with a bowl of tuna salad for lunch today.

I attempted the cauliflower pancakes this morning but I put a bit too much stevia in the batter. Has anyone tried using the IP omelet as the binding ingredient for these?

It actually starts sunday but NEXT weekend is the weekend to be here...yall could still make it for this one...its sweet 16 year!!

Hope they play well. Payton is suppose to be up in the box with Benson so maybe they will play like they are suppose too.

ok so had a blast. cooked a ton of food. sent tons home with people to get it out of the house. time to be good again and knock out the rest of the weight i want to take off. i am sure the next week will suck. hungry all the t\ime on its way back. but after that should be a breese.

I was a pretty good boy other then the crown this weekend. i did not really over eat one time. and found out i really dont like sweets as much as i used to. so that is a plus. but i do still love to cook for the masses. had about 50 people show up at the house for the game. and stay around till about 2AM.

Well now everyone wants to know what's om the menu for the Alabama game. lol. looks like for that one i will go healthy. gonna do some steak with grilled veggies. but this one will be alot more low key. Jake all kidding a side i cooked well or 75lbs of seafood Saturday. everyone had a blast. All the hard work on that outdoor kitchen paid off. everyone loved it.
