Welcome to the IP guys side of the forum and to the IP family! this is a great program and these are amazing guys changing their lives for the better. Stick to the program 100% with NO cheats and you will have BIG losses as the rest of these guys have had..They totally blow me away! I am not a guy of course but I hang out in here to keep an eye on things and make sure y'all stay on the first page!....lol

I don't take many pictures so thats really the first time I have seen a side by side compairison. The last week or so I have had several people tell me they didn't recognize me until they heard my voice or asked someone after I left the room who I was. Sometimes I still don't see it. I guess I still think of myself as the big guy in the 4x even though I know I wear an XL.

This board has truly been a big help. It has helped me remember to just stick with it and it will work. I have had some slow weeks but that’s normally when the tape moves the most. I tell people who are talking about IP that they really need to get on 3fatchicks because you can find answers to your questions from people who have been through it not some skinny coach who has no Idea what being more than 20lbs over weight is. The guys on here usually answer a question before I have a chance to ask it. It’s pretty cool that there are so many of us who have had such a big loss.

I agree with you, the results you see here are amazing! This board has been my "home" since I started I learned everything on my own and from here. I guess that is why I am here so much.

Funny thing is my coach will ask me about stuff to see if I have seen anything because she knows I am on here.

When you see her again ask her if she heard about the New product coming out....strawberry banana ready to drink shake....hahah

Big Daddy, are you still having big weeky losses? I was down 7lbs this week for a total of 29.8 in 5 weeks. Woot woot. Just wondering how much your loss has slowed as you get closer to your goal.

I thin 3FC is awesome and I learn so much here that I could probably go on without a coach, but I also like to support her and her business so I don't mind paying a bit more.
