Oh so close....

WI went well. Down 1.8 lbs to a whopping 143.8 and lost an over all 1 inch. Since my loss last week was pretty nice, 4 lbs, my coach said she would put me on phase 2 this week, if I were close enough. 3.8 lbs isn't close enough to my goal, we both agreed. So, another week on Phase 1.

Good news is that I still had a loss even spending the weekend with the military. LOL :dizzy:

Now I'm off to go find my snack, IP Cookies & Cream bar. I never eat my snack before going to a WI.

JW you will make it. Your still going to lose in phase 2. I know I did phase 2 on vaction and lost about the same as on phase 1. It was just a little easier being on the road.

Thanks. I need to do some digging around and get information on Phase 2. I need to know the reason behind it, seems like a waste of two weeks to me.

They say it is mainly to get you use to the solid protien twice a day. My coach told me I would probably go straight to phase 3.

Looks like we are going to have to start volume 3 in the next day or 2. I think they limit you to 500 post per thread.

Hey Congrats to all you losers and "belt-assaulters" ...haha!

JW: Not to fret bro, you will kill the PT-training and lose weight doing it! I figure Phase 2 is a nice relaxing break by adding in that extra lunch protein will help get your tiny baby-stomach used to handling a bit more volume. Also, those extra few weeks help skin adjust etc...so nature provides that our weight loss slow down to help the organism adjust. Least thats how I see it anyway and even if I am wrong, it sounds comforting to me! haha!

Luv: Awesome new pic! Man you look SMALL! Great job kid! So lovely! You keep getting prettier as you lose! Thats NOT true of many people who look worse "thin" and much older...but you keep looking younger! Thats just great!

H and Big Dad: Just sayin Hey to you fellow-losers! I could hear Big Dad yellin during the game all the way up here in NY!

Vet: 322 is AWESOME man! Congrats! Not sure I needed to know about you going commando, haha!

I dropped 4 lbs last week, and hit the 70 lbs lost on IP point! Also huge thing for me was breaking below 240 (238 now).... Pretty darn happy with that! Original goal was 240 but dropped it to 225...glad I did as is more realistic. Might even have a few lbs lower to go , will see when I get there.
Have a great day folk's!
Cheers
Jake

The ONLY differernce between 1 and 2 is eating protein for lunch, same as supper. I have all of my clients go straight to 3 because there really is no reasoning behind it. I just looked it up and its says just to add more calories into your day is the reasoning so there really is no point.

Thank you, I have been getting that from a lot of people, I look younger and younger as I go along. I don't mine...I must say I don't look bad for a 46 yr old...haha....My skin is great now, always glowing and smooth!

Congrats on your losses isn't it great when you get big losses out of no where? last week when I loss 6lbs I was like WTH??? Where did that come from, I didn't do anything different!....you would think after being on the program for 74 weeks that I wouldn't be losing numbers like that. I am not complaining that is for sure.....I have 197lbs gone now...I'm happy with that!

Week 2 WI and I am down another 6lbs. 14lbs in 2 weeks!

All of those clothes that my dryer shrank seem to be magically growing back to their original, comfortable size again :)

I had Indian food last night. I went with the chicken tikka. They were lean cuts of white meat marinaded in spices and yogurt then grilled. Hopefully that was close enough to OP (I know the dairy in the marinade isnt) . It came on a bed of raw onion peddles and steamed bell peppers.

wuv2bloved 10-17-2012 10:59 AM
