The country is a great I might have to try those.

had a hard week this week I went out Of town for meetings. The food it was good but not strictly OP. Had some chicken with some kind of sauce on it and send breaded fish and I didn't get all my veggies in.

Had my WI in Saturday and I was expecting that I was going to lose very much after the meetings. I also kind of expected that I might see a patter of two good weeks and one not so good. But I was pleasantly surprised I lost 5.4 pounds this week. That outs me at 35.2lbs in 6 weeks.

Even though. I knew I wasn't 100% OP, I still resisted the temptation to fall off completely. They had free booze and lots of yummy desserts.

I went through my closet today and took out clothes I haven't worn few long time. Inks I had to go buy some new pants 2 sizes smaller. Got several comments from clients on Friday. All in all a great week.

I'm loving IP!

Wuv, just wondering, do you tell your clients about 3FC?

I think this forum is awesome and has played a big part in helping me stay OP.

I do, but most don't have time to get on here. I have my own support group on facebook called Southern 3fc, I created so most of them go there instead. They do surf here though :)

Hi, I just started IP last week. My first WI was Friday and I was -9lbs. Been trolling the forums for a while. Just thought I would actually register and say hi

Hey there. I've found that the closer I am to my goal the slower/harder this seems to be. You are almost there so just hang in there. :carrot:

[QUOTE=TroutFarmer40;4482929]I have been on IP for 9 days and had my first weigh in today. I lost 10.6 lbs and 2.9% BF. Not expecting this every week, but happy with the start.
Great first WI. You are right with not expecting this every week. But, if you get to where you have a few weeks with very small loses, don't get worried, you will have a really good week. This seems to happen to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Made these yesterday morning....AWESOME! Very "custardy" and french toast-like in flavor yet look like a pancake and you can flip them like a pancake!
This really kicked my pancake hunger and they looked amazing too!
Cheers
Jake

These sound really really good. I think I am going to have to try them. THANKS :D

Hey there! The forums are awesome. I've found so much great support/advice here. Enjoy!!!

Hi there everyone. Yes WUV, too much football. Too bad it wasn't any good football. LSU played like a Jr. High team and the Saints....well, not much to say there. Someone had asked if it was bad to wear the same paper bag on Sunday that you wore on Saturday. That may be the case here in Baton Rouge soon.

I've lost a little steam it seems. I've read that the closer you are to your goal the harder this program gets. I think they are right. I have a little less than 10 pounds to go and feel like I just want to say this is good enough. But then I think to myself, this isn't good enough, I haven't met my goal. I gotta keep going. :p

Good morning guys. I hope you all have an awesome week.

I couldn't watch the LSU game cuz it wasn't broadcasted here so that sucked but I was keeping up with it through friends on FB and on the bottom of the other games I was watching. As far as the Saints go....they should of had that game but I guess that is how it goes....we WILL have a WIN sometime I suppose. Not wearing the paperbag though, I have always been a fan through the good and the bad seasons. I guess I am a true cajun and my heart belongs to La even though I have been in Ms for over 25 yrs....lol

Those last few pounds are going to be rough BUT think about how far you have come. You can get these last few pounds off but stop and think about your goal, why did you pick it? do you just want to see that NUMBER on a scale? if so WHY that number? why can't it be where you are now? Do you like the way you feel and look at this weight? You know you can always phase off and still lose the last few pounds. Not that I am telling you to stop by no means, just giving you a few things to think about :)

That's just it. I pulled that number out of thin (no pun intended) air. I had no idea where I wanted to end up, or what would be a good goal for my body type/size. I feel great, love how I look (except for the belly pooch that I believe will not go away by dieting. That thing needs to be attacked with situps/planks, old fashioned exercising.) So, I'm really not sure what I want to do. I have my WI this afternoon and will see where the numbers are and talk with my coach about it.

Thank you so much for all the great things to consider.

You are welcome, Good luck at your weigh in but I know that isn't really needed. I am the same way with my goal, I said 200 but I will go 199 just too see that ONE...haha...then I an stopping. I am smaller than I have been since middle school which is crazy! I am loving my size now and the way I look. I KNOW that no exercise is going to make my extra skin go away but I can deal with it, I hide it well with clothes...haha. If you chose to continue til you reach your out of thin air goal, know that we are all here to support you even after you are there

What is up people. Lisa you look great, fantistic pic. i set my goal at 250. its the last time i remember feeling good. so really i hit my goal. my wife showed me a pic at 230. i liked it so moverd it to 230 lol. the last 20 are killing me so far.

hyrysk 10-01-2012 04:32 PM

I know what you meen the last 20 are killing me. I was only down .8 this week and I was 100% all week. I did play golf twice but I don't think that should have messed with it that bad. My original goal was 245. I think we lowered it to try and get my BF% down to 20. I think i was at 24 this week.
