No scale for me... I gave it away a few years ago. It just felt unhealthy to focus so much on weight... I think when I get to goal and no longer weigh at the clinic, I'll just drop by my daugter's house once a week and weigh. (That's where my scale is now.)

I'm going to try the turnip fries tonight - can't wait!!!! :)

After losing 12 lbs. the first 2 weeks, I somehow feel like it's slowed down - guess I'll find out on Monday! I'm pretty much expecting that anyhow.

nope, no legumes or nuts allowed in phase 1. Also we can have summer squash but NOT winter squash (spaghetti squash, butternut, pumpkin, acorn).

Well I am glad Y'all didn't think I was too harsh, I only speak the truth when it comes to the program, I live, eat and breathe IP. I have for the last 65 weeks and still continue to do so!
