I started to unwrap it, oh it was so hot yesterday and the ice cream was so cold, but I caught myself in time wrapped it back up and put it back in the freezer ... I am down -2.4 lbs. since my WI on Wed. evening and I would have spoiled all that effort for what!!! 3 minutes of pleasure. Not worth it.

Way to stay tough!! This morning I crept onto the scale expecting gain, I have one SOMEWHERE every week (weigh daily and track changes), and so far no gain...I was 169.6...and now it's weird, I am PETRIFIED I'll have a gain this weekend and go back over 170 on Monday's WI...weird huh? It took me 3 weeks to kill 4 pounds :S but they is dead now, d-e-d dead!

Speaking of ice cream...you might be interested in what I've started using as an 'alternative ice cream'. I freeze a RTD protein shake overnight. Remove it mid afternoon and put it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to eat it, remove it from the carton, cut it into chunks and put them all in a Ninja blender. Pulse gently - just a few pulses will do it - until it forms more of a ice cream or sorbet consistency. This is satisfying my taste for ice cream right now, and has become my favorite before bed protein snack.

Good morning, everyone! I am completely stressed out and I am breaking out like a teenager :(
I got a bill from the dentist for my stepdaughter. All of a sudden, they don't file secondary insurance. I told them too bad because they did in November and that's when the services took place. I am waiting for the office manager to call back.

You still had the strength to smile :) You can do it! I know you can! If the policy changed AFTER the procedure, then they can't get after you for it, because it's like if your insurance was cancelled 2 weeks afterwards and then they didnt' submit to the insurance at all (tha's how i sees it at least). I hope your water heater regains its marbles, that your floor unbubbles, you little one's fever and sickness breaks...hope he gets chicken pox on his butt (cured my potty training at just over 2 ;) ), your DH's back gets better and when it does he continues telling you you is an amazing wifey and mommy to his beautiful children! :)
