Happy Tuesday Jelly,

There is a thread called sabotage which I just bumped up which talks about that. Hope it helps.

Happy Wednesday to everyone. I'm still here and still going strong on IP. I went dress shopping yesterday. My daughter is making her first communion in a couple of weeks. I tried on a lot of dresses but didn't by any. I really don't want to pick something up this far in advance. I'm between sizes (10 and 12) right now, and I don't want to buy anything this far out. The thing is that I had a lot of fun trying on clothes. It's been a long time since trying on clothes has been fun for me. I usually just buy stuff off the rack or ordering clothes w/o trying them on. I'm so happy with the way I look these days. I can't believe that the person I see in the mirror is really me. I guess in my mind I'm still 73 pounds heavier. I'm sure that my mind will wrap itself around my new look someday! I can't imagine how much happier I'll be when I get closer to goal.

I've been trying to figure out what I want my ultimate goal to be. Well, I did a bit of research and have decided that the one I set initially is perfect for me. I have a very large frame, so going lower than 140 wouldn't work for me. I think the range I found was between 154 and 145, so 150 works.

I hope that everyone has a great 100% day!

Happy to report down another 2lbs this week and another 2inches!....34lbs left then I am DONE! When the scale says 200 then I will be done. I know I have at least 30lbs of loose skin so when it says 200 I really am at 170lbs maybe even a little smaller who knows until I go see a plastic surgeron. I will be doing that in the next month or so, my company is switcing from United to blue cross blue shield on May 1 so I am going to wait until about a month of the switch before going......it PAYS to stay 100% when you see results like I have had!

WOW great losses WUV and Cadu!!!

Sewingmama, clothes shopping is FUN!!! Sometimes for a while there I wondered if I was emotionally shopping vice emotionally eating...

So, second week of phase 2 below my belt...I can tell ya...HARD BOILED EGGS DO NOT AGREE WITH ME (I really didn't eat them before as if I needed quick meal I'd just scramble them up)...someone needed to poke a pin in me last night ugh!. Eggs don't do that to me poached or scrambled...life will be interesting adding in different things.

I'm going to wait a bit, like a few weeks into maintenance and do a 'test'...to see if that happens again...if it does, THEY'RE OUT!!

Yeah!!!! The end is in sight!!! I hope these last 30 or so pounds just melt right off (for both of us)! I'm looking forward to having you around to phase off with! We should be doing that around the same time, and I'm sure that I'm going to need your moral support!

Great loss! Congrats! You are doing such a great job with IP. Don't you just love those big loss weeks?

Yeah, you hit the 170s!

I'm getting closer to that point and can't wait. My all-time low adult weight was 175, and that's going to be a big milestone for me. I'm (unofficially) 10 pounds away from that number now, so I should get there next month.

My coach tells me that I'll be fine because I've been so true to the program, but there's a part of me that is terrified of phasing off. Of course, I'm getting rid of all of my too big clothes, so I'll have nothing to slide back in to if I gain any weight.

Great Losses, everyone! So TRUE...100% does pay! WI#12 for me today. Down 3.2 lbs for a total of 29.5 in 3 months. I am at 180.5 and can't believe I am so close to the 170s. That doesn't seem real. I reset my final goal to 135. That is where I always thought I should be, so we will leave it there for now and make adjustments later, if necessary. I have finally accepted that I will always lose on the low end of the range. That means I will likely be able to finish transitioning just before Thanksgiving. So, I have a goal to send a family photo Christmas card this year. Would never do that in the past since I looked so BIG in the pictures. I might even be out front who would have thought?

Have a great OP week everyone!

That is what is so great about this diet, it is so easy to tell if you are 100% committed. This thread has the best cheerleading and support to stay on course. I love it!!
