Anyone who wants the 2 docs I have on alternative products, please private message me and provide your EMAIL ADDRESS. This is so I can email these back to you. (I've recieved a couple of requests but cannot send them w/o an email address.)
By the way, I have one I compiled on motivation. It's compiled from little nuggets I found on these boards and others. I made it for my use and hence I didn't provide credits to the original sources. If you want this, again private message me, etc.

Just returned from my WI and lost another 4 lbs. Since starting this program I have lost 32 lbs. and 36 in. in 8 1/2 weeks! Amazing. I am in shock and walking on cloud nine right now.

Did they keep him overnight at the hospital?
No they didn't keep him just did the usual check over and said it is viral. If he is still fevered on Tuesday bring him back. I hope it doesnt go on much longer. He hallucinates when he is fevered at night and it is scary to watch. He had one last night even tho the fever was way down...... He was shaking and yelling mommy.... And staring up at the ceiling....thinking he saw something. It was about 10 mins of ****....feel so bad but can't snap him out of it right away. Thank you for your concern....hoping for a better night tonight!
Great work today, everyone!!! I had a hectic day at work, but still managed to stay OP (just a littttle late, though). I have WI #4 tomorrow morning, and am hoping to crack into the 150's, but I started my period today, so it's going to be close! Fingers crossed for me!

Today was a big day for me as I had a second call-back job interview this afternoon. I think the interview went pretty well, but with tomorrow being a holiday for the company, it could be awhile before I hear anything. I did at least go into the interview with a confidence booster--thanks to IP I could fit into my best business suit to wear to the interview (one I haven't been able to wear for a couple of years, but since it is a classic style and was so expensive, I couldn't ever part with it).
I had another wi yesterday because my doc will be closed this weekend and i dropped 1.6 lbs since saturday! i have my ups and downs every week but reading everyone else's successes keeps me going
