I see that you are in Austin. Can I ask you, like I asked Erin, have you found Real Salt Sea Salt at any of the HEBs?

:carrot:NSV:carrot:

I hate shopping for clothes during TOM, but as Tom came today, and I have an interview on Monday, it had to be done. I was not happy.
I tried on about 3 pairs of 19's (my size last time I bought pants)--one would not even stay on. They literally fell to the ground. :carrot:
Then I tried on 6 pairs of 17's, and THEY WERE ALL TOO BIG
I finally settled on a size 15, the stays well on my bum, but is loose in the waist. Uh, yeah!! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

I wanted to see if anyone ever has felt nauseous sometimes. I'm thinking I might be low on potassium. I have been on IP for a little over 2 week. Any ideas? (I'm not preg.)

So I'm coming to you today from new :comp: Sony Vaio. It's nice to be back, as I've missed all of you.

Great news for a few of you (Carla and of course Jordanna).

Welcome back. A borish observation. I don't thing the last column of the spread sheet is adding up.

I get mine at Whole Foods, if you have one nearby. They have the big 26-oz refill bag (with spout), cheap!

You can drizzle oil and vinegar, but limit to the amounts indicated in the protocol. I have two sprayers in my kitchen: one for oil, and one for vinegar. That way you get the lettuce (or kale chips :)) covered without using too much.

My hubby promised me a new wardrobe when I get to my goal and I think that will be such a good incentive to keep it off. My clothes are already getting really big. I can pull my size 16 capris off without opening the zipper or button.
I can still remember that less than a month ago they wouldn't even zip up!

That's awesome!! I was talking to him on the computer this morning and telling him that all the new tank tops and capris that I bought for the summer are too big already. He was like "Go buy new clothes!" but I said I didn't want to yet and he was like "You better not be wearing something baggy when you pick me up!" Haha! He knows that I am doing the diet, but I'm not telling him how much I've lost so it will be a suprise... All I told him was that I've lost 4 inches off of my already small chest! Haha, don't want him to be disappointed! :p

Oh I like those. There are a few places in town that make awesome cheeseless pizzas or vegan ones for me that I have been completely avoiding (even though they have other things on the menu).

I ended up doing an unexpected 8 mile hike this morning, and my hips are still burning. UGH. Stupid linear trails. I didn't notice I had gone so far. I was almost crying when I got to my car. Went out for dinner and decided to stay in the car and drop DH off so I could grocery shop. Not sure I'll be able to walk well tomorrow, and all I have is a head of cauliflower in the fridge! Now I'm stocked up and ready for the week.

I bought some WF pb, since I got into the pb this week and one little taste really put me off. EW. Hahah. That stuff is BAD. It doesn't even taste like a NUT. Crazy. So now I can think about that stuff when I want pb again, I'm sure I'll stay on plan. :p

Thanks Linny! I fixed it. I haven't really spent much time looking at the spreadsheet, as I've been on borrowed time. However, now that I have this new fast zippy little guy, I'm good! We've lost 212 so far!!! :)

I'm so glad for all the newbies that they are getting to share in your wisdom and common sense approach!

ah! near marble falls huh? we have a lake cabin out at lake buchanan..i love it out there.
i only use natural sea salt that i by from HEB for like $3...my coach told me there's really no difference in what kind you use. i have a hard time beliving that only one type of magic salt will help anyone in ip...but i'm a skeptic;)
