thanks for your concern. i didnt call the doc because of what mrs. jim thanfully drew my attention to. there had been an article about 3 women who had taken t3 for WTS and ended up hospitalized for delirium so i dont know if WTS is real

Thanks.... to be honest, im not sure. i started kelp today 2x a day. im gonna wait&see if that hlps doing ok, exercised a little today too.

hello all, how are we doing??? i always wake up with a great , i am gonna have a good eating day today, i hope i can . have parent teacher conference with my daughter angelina , she is almost 6 yrs old. this will be my first one, but nothing to worry about she is a great kid.

It's been a rough couple of weeks, but I know that God is teaching me perserverance and through that comes maturity which is something I could always use more! I've been a little indulgent in some light chocolate ice cream but I'm finding that if I go with my natural appetite, I only eat abou 1600-1700 calories a day and that's not too bad! Emmett continues to grow and be a big busy boy. I did make almost all of my Christmas cards the other night!! Haha. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

i have had sooooo much trouble getting back on this website, since it shut down. it wouldnt give me my password, it would only give me my name. then i tried to re register and it said there was already someone with the same email address, i thought there would be no way for me to come back here.

well thats done. how is everyone doing? i have had a set back, i was fighting with hubby and it is pms week and i have been carb binging. i know, excuses , excuses.

i am having a good day so far today and hopefully i will lose the 4 lbs i gained. will tell ya on sat morn.
