Hey Ladies! Well, the rampage went off as planned until the aftermath! We went to the dreaded waffle house and I had a triple order of hashbrowns with mushrooms, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Could have been worse I suppose but that was bad enough! I hosted dinner for friends at my house the next day and it went well, with a few too many leftovers though. I completely stayed away from anything that wasn't vegan, but I did eat too much. Yesterday was recovery day from it all. I lounged around after waking up looking and feeling like a puffer fish- Its amazing how gluten swells me all over! anywho- still detoxing today from it. This morning I had veggie tofu scramble and have packed a huge salad for lunch and a couple cuties(clementines). Today is my late night at work so I might just skip dinner. I also haven't ran since Thanksgiving!!!!! I am going to run this morning about 9-I just need it to get a couple degrees warmer!

I love the idea of having motivational pants... I was thinking of doing that anyway-would love to have a new hot pair for vegas. maybe I can find some on clearance somewhere...hmmm.....

Sophie- Awesome job hitting or passing your goal!!

Jill- Great loss this week!!!

IMT- You're doing awesome! My DH wouldn't be able to pick clothes out for me... unless its an xxl mens hoodie huge comfy and warm. lol and then its only because I asked for one for Christmas. ;0) BUT, thats awesome that yours does!

Sparkle- I hope you feel better soon!

aliasihaya-

Well, I better go get my running shoes on!!! Today is the day to get back at it 100%!

Hi ladies
IDK why I never saw this post before, oh yeah, I remember....I've been having pc issues for over a month!

Well, even though it's a little late in the game, I hope you have room for one more--namely, ME!

It is impossible for me to get excited about a "significant" weight loss over the holidays. Heck, I haven't had a "significant" weight loss since this past summer.

However, I do have a BIG request for Jolly Ole St. Nick--

Santa, can you hook your sleigh up to this 5 month[and going] plateau I've been in. Even if I lost 1 lb by NYE, that would be totally awesome!

Although, with all of the parties I'm going to between Dec 23-Jan 2, I'd love to maintain!

**This post is laden with sarcasm!

Krystal!!!! Of course you can join in

Jill - those are some good deals

rdw - That's how I got my initial pair of inspirational pants... clearance sale was too good to pass up. They didn't have the size I was at, so bought a size down. Realized with them in closet, they weren't doing that much good... so pinned them to the wall in front of my elliptical DH lost it laughing asking if I planned on decorating in pants now

Hey ladies!
I actually ran two days in a row...yeay. lol. Yesterday was gorgeous here! 70 degrees and sunny~ I had to run! It was much easier than the day before-however it had been over two weeks since I had ran and it was cold so maybe some of that had to do with the difficulty too ;0)

Just finishing up my tofu scramble and thought I would drop in and say Hi! Work is all on my agenda today but it is all day! Guess I better be off!

My new goal for Christmas is to just break onederland!!!! I saw it one day last week but it hasn't been back. OY.

Ahhh, I've been so MIA from this thread! My fitness goals have taken a backseat to studying for finals, but I'm half done.. one more tomorrow and my last one Tuesday!

It's TOM and I haven't been to the gym in at least a week, so I'm feeling pretty sluggish. I've noticed with the stress of exams that I've been craving carby comfort foods a lot more, but I've been (trying to!) exercising portion control.

I tried on my goal shorts this morning, and they're looking quite a bit better than when I first got them so, there's my small victory for the past little while.

I can't believe it's only 10 days until Christmas! What are your plans to avoid the dreaded holiday weight gain? I think I might shoot for maintaining over the holidays (which I've been doing a good job of lately, grr!).. the holidays are only once a year, and it's a special time

ALSO, I don't know if anyone's been watching, but I just caught up with the finale of the Biggest Loser this morning, not impressed with the winner A new season starts on January 3rd, though.. I'm sure that'll inspire me into the new year

162.8 (up .8) BOO! I've been stuck to 162 for a while now. Need to start doing exercise. I've been only doing diet. I think I may start Chalean Extreme tomorrow. We'll see.

My weight keeps changing, think because of water weight, so going to wait tip next week to do my actual weigh in lol but thinking I'm the same as last week or 1 lb down.
