Okay Day 1 with the BB and I have a headache. Has anyone else gotten a headache from there BB? I don't know its the sensors or what. Everything is going great its so simple using this device and using the website. It will be interesting to see how many cals I burn in day to day life.

Nope, no headaches. My arm hurt for a few days, but now I don't even notice that I have it on.

Update - I sent another email to 24hrfitness and they did email me back and apologize and they sent my armband right out. So it looks like I will have it on Monday. So I will let you guys know then!

Got my GWF set up. display (finally) syncd. As of right now it shows that I have burned 1142 calories...in just 2 hours. Now, I know I had a busy morning, but WOW!!! That's a lot for just 2 hours!

Mine did that the first morning I put it on...I found out it "averaged" off body time, so it gave me some calorie burn all the way back to midnight. :-) even though I wasn't wearing it.

The only thing that happened to me was at night I turned the sensor part towards the front of my arm..I think it was the 2nd night I wore it....and I woke up with a blister on my arm right where the sensor had been. Kinda freaked me out, I have since not put the sensor on the front of my arm...I'm thinking maybe as I moved at night it just rubbed my arm wrong or something?? I haven't had any problems since...I just keep it on the side at night and more towards the back during the day.

I haven't had any headaches with it.

I actually feel "naked" without it...LOL!

Maybe your headache was just a fluke?? You never know how your body will react to something new though...

I just got my gowear fit yesterday! When I got home, the first thing I did was tear into the box and set everything up. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but it's really thin so it's still not bulky. I'm wearing it right now and I'm really excited to get home and plug it in and see what it says about my day!

The only question I have is about the strap. I weigh 218 pounds, so it's not like I didn't know I had fat arms..but putting on the strap makes it super obvious. The strap that was included fits ok, but unless I have it on really tight (think the arm version of a muffin top) it feels like it's going to fall off. I have it loosened more than I did this morning because it was to the point where my arm felt choked.. but it's still tight enough to leave a little red stripe on my arm where the band has been. Am I wearing it correctly or should it be looser?

I guess I'm mostly just afraid it's gonna come off when I sleep. I really wanna see what my sleep efficiency is, so I hope it stays put!

I have a bit of that "muffin top" arm thing going on. When I wear it out and about I put it a bit lower so the "muffin top" isn't so noticable under my clothes. I don't have a mark when I take it off unless it is morning and I have been sleeping I will have a bit of a mark because I lay on that arm.

The only time it has felt like it was going to fall off was when I was doing some boxing on the wii. I just push it up a bit on my arm or tighten the strap. If I already broke a sweat when I start the boxing it is fine..like the sweat holds it in place..ewww...I know..LOL.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments about my loss so far

I so know what some of you mean by the arm "muffin top". I have a severe case of it. However since I have lost 51 lbs most of my tops are roomy right now so it doesn't show that bad. I did go ahead and buy a bigger strap and it arrived today. When I get home tonight I will be switching over to see if it helps.

Does anyone know if airport metal detectors pick up the GWF?

I have worn it through airports about 4 or 5 times and never had it set off anything.

From my experience, they don't. I've gone through a few metal detectors with the GWF on (cuz I forgot I even had it) and I haven't had a problem. I did take it off when I went through the full-body scan machine, though, mostly cuz I was already running late and didn't need the hassle of having an additional pat-down or explaining what it was after it would inevitably show up on that thing. So you should be alright.

Yea it was probably a fluke. Im very sensitive to everything so its normal for me to feel a little weird at first lol. Thankfully my headache is gone and my arm is not sore. I burned 2800 cals yesterday which was really good for me since I didn't exercise at all. I did eat 2455 cals Im getting my period tomorrow and I was so hungry ugh
