I have a question about meal logging. I have been using the daily plate, which works well for me. Is there a way for me to just input my total calories, or calories by meal into the GWF activity manager? Or do I need to log my food into that too? I tried to play around with the meal logging in the activity manager and couldn't get any foods to show up, nothing would happen when I clicked the buttons.

MamaP, go to the bing cashback store and search gowear fit, in the advertising section at the top you'll see the link where it says 20% cash back. It works, I just did it last week. But you have to go through the link at the top.

festivus - I am not finding one that is 20% cash back, but did find a link for 15% on the display and 10% on the armband.

Thanks so much Festivus ~ I followed the Bing link and ordered. I anxiously await confirmation that I got the cashback bonus thing. It apparently takes a day or two to show up in my cashback account. I selected 3-day shipping so hopefully will have my GWF by the end of the week.

Congrats MamaP!! I'm so glad it worked for you! Just an fyi, it took like 5 days for me to get the cashback email. So don't worry if it takes a bit longer to get it.

Just got mine... Takes FOREVER TO CHARGE! And, although I've followed the set up steps (installing the software on my PC), whenever I plug it into my computer I get a web communications error message- apparently it is not connecting with the website. Do I need to wear it first for a few hours before I can sync it? Please help!

Oh but I do like the food logger- fastest loading logger I've found online so far :)

Thanks Augeremt! I still can't use the food logger, I've tried on both my home laptop and work computer. Nothing happens when I click buttons . . . strange.
Where do I enter in my daily calories? I've gone to the "Daily Estimating" section and don't see a place to enter the number. |

On the Dashboard, as they call the front page that lists everything, click on "I want to log my meals": http://i981.photobucket.com/albums/a.../Picture11.png Then this (below) page should show up. I already switched my preferences (thanks for your instructions!).
That actually isn't what I see when I hit that button. The screen looks just like the meal logging page, not what you showed me. I've logged out and back in too. Do you think I need to call them? |
