I'm actually worried my stomach is still giving me issues and I'm not eating that much

Yeah, that's lasting a while. Maybe you should see a doctor.

Still clinging to my written plan in the middle of the storm of celebration food that's flying around me. Using my Beck skills to ask myself "Which do I want more-to eat that cheesecake or weigh in at 128 on Saturday? Then I say to myself "Weigh in at 128, duh." and have been able to walk away.

Skittles: Nope. She doesn't get to talk to you that way! Hope you're feeling better soon.

HungerWerks: Thanks for the support, I SO want to get to this mini-goal!

Hope eveyone is having their best day yet!

Blew diet big time yesterday, so I will be paying for it for the next couple of months. Next month is my birthday and I have a day planned so I don't know if it's even worth staying on my diet. Spring time is a rough time to be on a diet.

Got to lose more weight while I can do it. I need a small notebook so I can carry it around in my purse and list everything I put in my mouth. I could be eating too much and not realizing it.

I know you will, with that kind of self-talk! I take a similar approach. I ask myself, "Would you rather be hungry or fat?" "Hungry" always wins, because I know I'll get to eat eventually, and when I do, it'll be heavenly!

That's where I heard that. I love Galaxy Quest, I have the DVD. It's really a funny movie.

Hun Congrats on seeing 108's.

Skittles- As soon as you get home re-set your scale to what you weighted at the Dr.'s office. Whooie instant weight loss. I always set mine to the Dr.s scale.

Spanky I need a little of your way of thinking.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend planned!

I weighed in at 121 exactly today. Hopeful to be under 120 by the end of the month.

Gosh, I'm sorry to hear that. Wonder what's going on? I'm not a doctor, of course, but maybe probiotics can help you. They get out bad bacteria and put in good. Your gut does so many things, and has hundreds of bacteria, both good and bad. It's a big, big part of your immune system.

At any rate, I hope you get better very soon!

How 'bout this thought: "Whoa! I just drove through a red light!!! Well, no use stopping for them today, I already blew it. Just gonna roll through red lights the rest of the day."

Sorta comical, but it points out the error in the thinking...

Happy Friday!
