    Spanky Rolling through the red lights

    I made a big crockpot of soup and it's yummy, plus it's all good carbs. Full of veggies and broth. I threw in my favorite veggies. This may help with the red lights.
  • So I think Both my scales are broke they are reading 123
  • Skittles-Didn't you just get a party? It sounds to me like it's a new loss trying to keep you guessing how much it really is. You get a for going thru it.

    I am once again back to step 1. But happy I can still start over at a lower weight than last time.
  • 123.6
  • Skittles-Ok let's party again. :en core::cheer :

    This morning I'm 122.2 that's a 4lb loss in one week I'm worried something is wrong this can't be right I see the doctor tomorrow.while I love the weight loss I don't think that's a healthy amount to lose in a short time with no actual diet or exercise changes
  • Went to doctor antacid and Nexium.im hoping this fixes it.
    122.8
  • Skittles--I can't keep this up...puff...puff. I left you a super party yesterday and it didn't post?? I no sooner get a congrads post done and you answer with a new loss. Here is the last little post.

    You throw the best parties, Dynx! Congrats to Skittles, and massive wishes for your tummy troubles to vanish.

    I think I'll join you for that coffee.
  • Weighed in at 119.2 this morning so I guess I have officially rolled out of the 120s, woopeeee!
  • 125 today grandmother said I need to stop losing weight or I will look anorexic.my mom told her and my grandfather to leave me alone.my bridesmaid dress is slightly big in the waist and if I lose anyone it will be loose all over but the wedding is the 9th
  • Eli--My clicking finger is really getting a workout. : dancer::con grat: In the teens! How cool is that?

    Skittles-Who is the bride? I'm just being nosy here, What does your dress look like?
  • 119.4! Strangely enough, I'm losing at 1lb/week, which is the rate I lost at before, but I'm on about 15% more calories a day. I suppose that's not a huge difference. Today I finally put my walnut sourdough into MyFitnessPal, figuring out a portion size and putting in all the ingredients and such (though it was a bit of a guess with the sourdough starter), and it turned out to be 20 calories less than I thought I'd been eating per slice. I eat one or two slices a day, so that's a slight difference. I imagine that slight changes I make to the bread, such as using different flour or what nuts or seeds I might add, are probably insignificant when it comes to daily calories, so I'll just use walnut sourdough made with brown flour as a basic one and not bother entering all the variations.

    I'm 5lb down now and feeling the difference. About 1/3 or 1/4 of the way to goal. I'll decide goal when I get there, but basically I want my waist to drop to a healthy level (i.e. less than half my height), would like my belly to be relatively flat, and don't want to go so far that I get deflated breasts. Last time I went down to 100, which was fine on me when I was a teenager but doesn't seem to suit me as well in my thirties.
