145.5 this morning!! This is my lowest weight senior year of high school! I starved myself to get there last time, so this feels like a much better victory! Did it the right way & still got to see that number I started cutting out 100 calories from my days, & my body seems to have responded well. The scale is moving much faster!!
I am at 139.6 woohoo!! Haven't seen this weight in 2 years! Now I want to reach my senior year weight of 134 I think it is... and hopefully my summer before college low of 126 pounds all in due time.
Yesterday I weighed 145.0, that is the lowest I've seen the scale EVER! except for when I past it on my way up to what I started at lol.
Very excited to say good bye to the 140's!
145.7 today. At least I'm still at 145. Hoping tomorrow I drop back down. Last week, I went up 2 days in a row & then had a whoosh. Maybe that's how my body is going to do these last 6lbs. Just to drive me effing insane!!

Mind if I jump in? I took a "dieting break" over the summer and ended up gaining about 6 lbs which I would like to drop over the next couple of months.
I've been doing well with working out (lifting and cardio) but not so well with my calorie intake. I probably take in about 2000 a day and I need to cut that to 1400.
Congrats to the ladies who just got into the 130's!!
I was getting irritated at my numbers over the last couple of days, but then I looked back at my weigh-ins, & realized that I've lost 1.5lbs this week! Hello! That's great! Down to 145.3 today Hoping I can round the week out with a .5 loss tomorrow morning for a grand total of 2# this week!
