one lil piece of sausage won't kill ya and kari i heart brie!!! especially if you cut out the sourdough and then bake it until the brie is warm...oh it's just heaven. i am like you that sweets i can pass but give me bread and cheese and i'm happy lil lisa!
good luck this weekend. i've done good today but i already feel it i could crash and burn at any time. i'm excited i can have coffee again on sunday (i gave it up for lent and i'm not catholic or religious really just seemed like a thing to do)! if i can give up coffee for 40 days then i can give up anything right?! we are all stong we can do this...think of how our lives will change!

hey girls. i made it back from the dentist, but am still a bit out of it. my good friend made me wheat thins with turkey and fat free cheese, but it hurt to eat it (plus my lip was still numb), since yesterday i have only ate a 1/2 of jello. i just feel crappy. halcion is crazy stuff and since 12 last night i had 4 of them. uuuuuuuuuuugh. i have temp crowns on and they feel so weird!!! i hate waiting to get my real ones!

anyways, so looks like i am not really fat smashing since i can't really eat, lol. and i have 3 weeks until i get my new ones and eating is going to be weird. maybe once the swelling goes down..who knows.

everyone one in a while we binge, so know one freak out!!! don't do get down on yourselves, we all do it once in a while. just jump back on. you won't gain it all back right away!

ps i need to update the ticker, i lost a few more!!!

off to try and kill this weird taste in my mouth from anithestic.

Okay so today should be day 2 binge free.. right girls?

ANNIE.... I still do weight usually once a week but only tally once a month... I know what you mean that pesty scale lol I personally have lost one pound since the first! Grr... I did have 4 days not good including a huge binge day... so now I know.. no drinking I hate things that are left out.. lil buggers lol.. but you had a small piece and you should be proud of yourself not angry... I love the Morning Star Farms sausage patties but I love fake meat soooo I dont know if you will. Good to try though Yay for working out! So great!

WIFEY... I hate dentist bills.. I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore after 3 root canals and a tooth pulled in one day.. none of it hurt.. and my fear is gone but that fat bill was scary lol Good job on the loss I as well am about to start and yucko cramps.. including chocolate cravings grrr... but we are strong women I have faith in all of us

KARI... have you tried ****aki noodles? hungry-girl.com is always posting about them as a swap for noodles.. really low cal but I havn't tried them. So today was your first day of binge free.. hope it went well for yoU! Maybe you can plan things during the time you usually binge?

Laies ladies ladies.....i have sinned!!!! LOL!!! Ive been dipping intothe wheat crackers lately!!! I still exercise like richard simmons is my man-heavens no!!!hahahahaha-but ive gotta stop the crackers. I only eat them when i get hungry and thats usually at night when i come form the gym. But......its not chips!!! Tomorrow i will be back on track!!!

Oohhhhh and vicodin was "my friend" when i had to do to the dentist!!!! But i had a really good surgeon...after he took out my tooth, i didnt even feel a thing and went to popeyes for chicken afterwards.....hahahahahaha!!!! Of course, chicken!!!!!!

my teeth hurt SO bad. more than the tiny cavity before. damn dentist. looks like i am on a liquid diet till the permanent crowns come in... april 18th is the date, i am thinking the weight will fly off. i am sad. obviously i love food or i wouldnt be chubby in the first place! hahaha!!!

Sooo, I'll be starting Phase 1 again tomorrow. I did go ahead and step on the scale today, I am up 3 lbs. But I started yesterday and have not been drinking much water as well as not eating on plan. So I know it's a combination. I have to find a way to get through those pesky PMS cravings, I have such horrible PMS. Something I am going to try harder to work through next time. My weekend was good, haven't posted much but I've been getting on and reading. Didn't really have much to post I can not claim to have smashed any fat over the weekend, lol. Spent most of it with my parents and their foods of choice. I have not binged, just have not ate according to fat smash. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm really looking forward to it, I know how much better I will feel again, yay! I hope everyone has had a wonderful Easter! Which did I mention my Mom, knowing good and well I am trying to lose weight, went and got me an Easter bunny and some other chocolate. Then apologized after giving it to me, lol. I will be hiding that somewhere far away or have seriously considered just throwing it out. Sorry now I am just rambling.... Happy fat smashing!

I have missed a tonne!! I don't even know where I have been!! We had a bunch of parties (read : ate bad stuff) and a wedding!) I still lost 2 lbs last week and am have maintained it over the weekend depsite my bad eating!!

ManDy: Did you ever find the book? Try your local lbrary!

DLISH: That is an amazing loss!!

Hello everyone hope you had a great holiday. Are you doing the extreme Fat Smash or Regular one. Well for me Today is cycle 3-day 1. Second rotation. So far so good. I may have slipped a little but not much. Still instead of 4 pounds I lost only 2pnds last week but this week I am aiming for 4 or more. I also still need to exercise and just do it. I am on the go a lot and I guess that has helped for the activity part but it is not the same as some good exercise. Well god bless all of you and keep up the great work.

Well this weekend my sis is coming to visit so I know its on wth me and her!!! We are such foodies, its ridiculous!! But i know i need to maintain and will do that while she is here!!!

hi Girls!
well i lost 1.4 last week. I was pleased with that. I had about 4 drinks and 2 shots on Saturday night but ordered tea for dessert while the other 3 people had the yummiest cheesecake (Junior's in NYC for those of you that have been there) and then on sunday i got broccoli instead of the potatoes for brunch with my omelet. Weird combo but it was good and I felt good that i made decent choices. I did have a truffle today and one bite-sized orange 3 muskeeter (sp?) bar and one crumble off of coffee cake. I ate a lot for dinner today...TOM. Hope you all have the easter candy out of our house!

b: yogurt, oatmeal, grapes
l: salad, tuna, mayo, egg, celery, sun-dried tomato, feta cheese, lettuce, no dressing (too lazy to walk and get it at work!)
s: banana
d: sweet potato fries, 2 boca ckn patties (just freakin realized they are breaded and that's a no no so ate both of them to get them out of the house!), can of black beans, diet dr. pepper

guess that demonstrates my portion control issues! Better tomorrow...

okay yesterday I binged ALL DAY!! someone please help em get back on track!!

If I do P1 again will I lose alot again or do you only lose alot the first time you do it?

Hope you are all doing well - the best thing I have learned is not to go off the program. It seems each time you go off, it messes up your system a little more each time something I learned the hard way!

No 2beautiful still haven't got the book, and our local libray is a bit of a joke, I live in a very small town, but I am either ordering it online or going to try to pick it up at a different barnes and noble this weekend. Definitly need to read it.

SO, I have come to the conclusion that smashing fat during that tom may very well be impossible... at least for me, lol. I am having such a hard time staying on plan. I just can not turn anything down and I had no problem doing it when I started. All I can say is only a couple days left and till then I'm "trying" to just count calories so I don't go overboard. This is definitly something I have to overcome. I am going to work on plan of action for next time. But this time I caved (but not beating myself up over it tho). Just taking it a day at a time and know that I will be back in the game very soon. Each morning I think it will be the day but not so, so far... I'll try again tomorrow!

Hope everyone else is having a better week smashing some fat!!!

I guess we are all having a bit of a tough time.

Yesterday I had an okay time, I was really busy dealing with a sick kid and another emergency so i didn't have time to eat!! But the scale is showing me at the same weight!! I shoudl be happy that I haven't gained but I just want to see another number!!
