I haven't exercised since Friday, October 6th... :(
BUT! Today I went to the mall and wore my pedometer. Logged a bit over 6,900 steps. Says I've walked 2.696 miles, but I'm going to count it as 2.3 miles since pedometers are a bit off, especially this one I bet since I bought it at Wal-Mart for $3.96. May not have been a lot of exercise but it's better than nothing, and I had fun. I don't feel like I exercised at all. I'm going to return to my 5-times weekly schedule this week. |

I think rain increases my laziness, I did do a 20min cardio dvd w/ denise austin though. thats something lol |

Hi. I just started exercising two days ago so my minutes are low.
treadmill: 1 mile (17 or 18 minutes) bike: 10 minutes elliptical: 10 minutes I also have a couple of questions. I find it real hard to do the elliptical and have only gone 10 minutes the last two nights. Also I was only going about 3.5 mph. Is this unusually slow for a beginner? It kept saying to warm up at that rate. Also, my heart rate was getting up to 161. What is an unsafe number? The machine showed 141 for a recommended high impact heart rate. I'm 39 and weigh 205.
