I hopped on my stationary bike last night and biked 2.6 miles, so over 10 miles cycled yesterday.

I've only walked on my treadmill for about 17 - 20 minutes, but I was going 3.5 - 3.8mph, kept changing. I've walked over a mile, maybe a mile and a half. Then I went to Wal-Mart and walked ton, so I may or may not get back onto the treadmill later.

15 minute core body strength session in Yourself!Fitness a bit earlier, feeling good.

Hi all! Did I hear someone offering butt kicking?? My butt is definitely in need of some serious kicking!! I haven't done ANYTHING in over 2 months! :yikes: I started "fresh" this week. So far I had two days of healthy eating and I am getting my water in. Today is the day I start to get active. I am getting a group together - a bunch of us will start walking at lunch. :running: I have Curves membership, so I will start going there again. I am determined to get back on track! And, by golly, I will get there!!!

Ran 2.5miles and then tanked. Must not eat salads for lunch on run days! - Need my carbs.

7 miles on my bike outdoors. I'm going to do 3 more miles on my stationary later tonight. I want to do a 30 minute work-out with Yourself!Fitness in an hour or so. I love that game, it's so perfect.

:wel3fc: Anais  Good for you for starting to exercise...

This morning 45 mins dreadmill :tread:, did HIIT and hills, I don't know why but it was tough, I felt almost sick after the workout, barely had energy do do a back workout. I usually always do weights first then cardio, but I knew I would skip cardio, my least favourite, if I didn't do it first...

Ilene - today was hard for me too. I think its the first rain and the weather changing...your body needs some time to make the transition.

I -always- do my cardio first when I am feeling sluggish. Yes, its better to lift first, but i'll skip it much more easily than I'll skip my WT.

55 min elliptical, high intensity,

The weather changing must be the problem because a few other gals in the change room were feeling sluggish today to... Hopefully tomorrow will be better...

I did a 30 minute lower body strength workout just now and my goodness, I feel horrible too. My legs're killing me and I was sweating a storm during the workout and I still am now. I don't want to think about doing another squat or lunge with my weights ever again or I think I'll scream.

But come next Wednesday, when I do another LBS workout, I'll love them again.

Wow...you guys are really hard-core! I'm in awe. I bow down before the goddesses of exercise!
