I did my usual walk this morning and I walked with my Mom this afternoon.

W/T last night. Actually completed full 3 sets for each exercise and added some extra crunches - I'm progressing :carrot:

:tantrum: The college boy's laptop didn't fit in the basket of my bike! I had a nice little errand loop I was gonna try.
So all I drove was to the computer guys and back. I'll do the post office/bank thing on foot. |
I rode my bike after all... with eggs in my basket! It was nice.

Got a 4mile run in. I really just had to go do it, bc I really didn't "feel" like it. But afterwards, it was so worth it!!
