Yesterday I didn't plan and I didn't get out to workout, oh well c'est la vie...
I have to say that that statement is not true, I'm all screwd up in my days ... The reason I know is that all of a sudden my legs are sooooo sore from these side lunges I did yesterday, that it made me remember that I had worked out... I think I'm losin' it
Sept 1 - My run tanked. Only got a 3/4 mile in jogging, but walked almost two miles.
Sept 2 - Worked in yard; no formal exercise.
Sept 3 - 3+ miles run @ 12 min /mile
Sept 4 - Lazy Labor day
Sept 5 - Ran 2.5 miles @ 12 min /mile
Sept 6 - Should have been WT, but never made it. Really need to work on this activity - mojo, determination, something!
Sept 7 - Plan to run 2.5 miles. Last run before my first 5K Saturday. I've walked 5k before, but never ran. Looking forward to it.

Today - 45 min walk/jog with a minor NSV...I've been working me way up SLOWLY on the ration of walk to jog. I started at 5 minutes and it nearly killed me. Today, I jogged more than half the time I was out for a total of 23 min jogging, 22 min walking. Progress!
