  • Cardio, and abs.
  • Taking today off because of a WICKED sore throat and cough. Ugh. Lets hope it passes quickly.
  • Shoulder workout and 5k run...
  • TJ 20 Minute workout
    TJ Abs
  • Quote: Shoulder workout and 5k run...
    plus a 15k bike ride 45 mins...
  • 30 min. walking video (2 miles)
  • Felt a bit better, so went and kicked my butt for 40 min on the stairclimber, 25 min weights on my arms.
  • Osh Kosk B'gosh I could write out all my exercise for September but I don't want to scare people!

I just want to boast about today's mammoth task! I cycled 15 miles to work. Of course I have to cycle 15 miles back again tonight Oh and that's UK miles, not your short-measure US miles
  • Exercise has been so on plan this week! I did my first 5K RUN on Saturday with a time that beat my training days (33:55). Monday I did a full body WT routine and last night I ran 3 miles. Tonight is on plan for some more WT. Now that I am close to goal, it is even more important that I do the WT to add some muscle definition to my upper body. The running is helping my lower, but I still do lunges and sqats etc during my routine.

I do wish I had taken the advice of the Ladies Who Lift, and started out doing the WT sooner. I was too involved with my running, however, to get serious about it.
  • Cardio, weights for arms and abs.
  • 52 minutes on the stairclimber. HR was at or above 160 all but 5 minutes, peaked at 185. I was working -VERY- vigorously.

But then the gym I am considering joining called and said I could use my day pass today (their sales guy is there to pitch me) so it looks like I'm getting two workouts today.
  • 40 min. treadmill walk (35 HI)
30 min. strength training (lower body, abs)
  • Chest and short HIIT run....
  • 45 min walking 4.2 mph at 2.5-4.5 incline. Felt very nice.
  • Weight Training - 45min
