  • 30 min bike ride it's all the time I had...
  • Sunday - 30 min swim in the morning, stability ball, 100 crunches, and 15 min UB/LB combo strength training in evening.

    Today - 45 min walk/jog, stability ball, 100 crunches.
  • Sunday: DH and I went for a 2 hour bike ride, 40k

    Monday: DD and I went for an hour rollerblading then I went to the gym to do legs , I just spent 1 hour weeding the gardens
  • Weight lifting and cardio.
  • July 22: Walked at mall 35 minutes
    July 23: Walked at mall 32 minutes
    July 24: Curves 30 minutes, Treadmill 30 minutes, Walked dog 21 minutes

    Cardio: 30 min hill intervals
  • Treadmill 30 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes

  • So far 30 mins shoulder workout...
  • I'll jump in!
    So far, 50 minutes of walking. Later, another 40 minutes of walking and Tae Bo Get Ripped Advanced Workout.
  • Aerobics 56 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes

  • 45 minutes on the elliptical (dogsitting for my parents has advantages - like the plethora of gym equipment and the FABULOUS kitchen), 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.

    So far today = 35 mins walking. Later = additional 60 mins walking, 60 mins elliptical machine, 30 mins yoga.

    Tae Bo Advanced kicked my booty last night!!
