  • 45 min elliptical (intervals), 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.

    Walked about 70 mins, tonight will be a 2 mile run and 20 minutes of toning work.

    I did not run Friday night. Decided to allow myself a night off after a day that kicked my ***. I *did* run 2 miles last night, and did an additional 40 mins on the elliptical.

    Tonight will be 65 mins elliptical, and early bedtime. TTYL!

  • 45 min jog/walk, 35 min of pilates/yoga, 100 crunches.
