Saturday - 45 min cardio, 100 crunches, 30 min stability ball
Sunday - 45 min cardio, 100 crunches
Monday - 45 min very high intensity cardio, 100 crunches, 30 min stability ball.
I walked a little further than my allotted 15 minutes ... not much further
And I did do 15 minutes of legs but not much with weights. Maybe I'll do a little more later.
It feels good to have done something but it doesn't feel like much.
30 min stability ball, 100 crunches, and 45 min walk/jog!
I jogged! (This is actually a really big deal for me because my weight has been too high to do so for a while. I have a congenital knee problem and my kneecap used to dislocate when I jogged because there was too much weight pounding down on it and my quads weren't strong enough to hold my kneecap in its little track - but today I jogged for at least 10-15 min of my time and besides one heck of a side stitch, I did it with relatively little knee pain!)
