35 min arms, buns, and legs combo. It was shockingly effective for the amount of time spent - I was DEFINITELY feeling like I worked all of the muscle groups effectively.

Hey guys, I thought I'd finally take accountability for my exercise - that way I'm sure to get it done because I have to report it here!

Today - Pilates Ab Sculpting workout - the whole thing, yay!!!
200 jumping jacks
40 squats
2 mile walk in the evening? Depends on how hot it is outside.

Haven't posted in awhile here (oops), but I'm still working hard doing the C25K program every other day. Did Week 2 Day 2 last night for 20 minutes (alt. 90 sec jog/ 2 min walk). With warm up and cool down walks gave me a total 35 minutes. This week I've added a toning video on my off nights for 30 minutes - this includes arm, leg and ab work. I'll do this tonight after work.

Sunnigummi - the Gummi Bears is my favorite kids show! I have home videos of me, age 8 or so, belting out the theme song. Good times.

This morning - 45 min kickbox cardio, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.

Everyone is doing great and is keeping me motivated.

Exercise for today Pilates and workout for my arms.

Sunnigummi 06-22-2006 02:12 PM

Oh Mandalinn, yay!!!! You're the first person ever who knows about that show!!! I wanted to be Princess Calla for a bit, but then I switched over to Sunnigummi, she seemed so rad and cool. I LOVED (and still do) Tubby. His sleepy look makes me want to give him a big ol' hug! :D

Hi everyone! I can't make my ticker move from down south here ... so you're going to have to take my word for it that I walk/jogged this morning :)

mandalinn82 06-23-2006 12:22 PM

Sunnigummi - I could literally sing you the entire theme song, right now. I think my parents recorded some on VHS they still have - and that I still, sometimes, watch.

Sometimes when I work out, I wish I had some gummiberry juice.

Anyway - stability ball, 100 crunches, and 45 min on rebounder this morning.

45 min rebounder, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.

People haven't heard of the Gummi Bears? That was one of my favorite shows! And now the theme is stuck in my head ;)

No gym for me the past few days, I was all set to leave yesterday when a very large tree fell down across my driveway. So, instead of lifting weights I've been lifting logs!! And dragging brush, and chopping. Nothing like some woodswoman exercise! (For the record, the only casualty was the small ornamental tree the larger trunk fell on)

Walked at mall 35 minutes
