haha Good job defeating the little foil ones DJCat. haha That cracked me up.
No miles for me last night but I did a step & tone class. It was wonderful. I haven't been in like 2 months and it felt so good! Have a good Friday everyone!
I didnt do anything yesterday. well,.. i did some bicep curls and stuff like that with my 5 lb weight. Today I jumped back in with my 1 mile watp. Depending how this day goes, I will try to get in another mile after hubby goes to work at 11pm.
I know I need to do that yoga again, but I am *not* looking forward to it.
well I did another 5 miles today. Did my intervals and running was about 3 miles and walked 2 so I feel good. That brings my total up to 19.6 and only have 80.4 left to go. Feeling good about this.
Today I did a 30 minute step routine (by Cathe) followed by Leslie's 42 minute Sculpt and Burn ramp workout, with the ramp at the highest height (lots of lunges and squats -- my legs are like rubber now!) and THEN I did Cathe's upper body weights routine.....YIKES! (I know, I know, I should have done the weights before the cardio, but I got inspired and decided to do it after I'd already done the cardio! And it was upper not lower body, so it should be ok. I don't think it compromised my workout.)
I had only done 5 miles this week -- and nothing else -- so I felt like I had some catching up to do. I'm going to hit it hard tomorrow too, since I'm still in make-up mode.
I am a newbie to the forum and would like to join your group. I love Leslie's Sansones' WATP 4 Mile Express. I generally get in 2 miles fairly easy. Sometimes I get 3 and if I'm really lucky...I get in all 4....LOL
Sat: 2 mile regular walk
Sun: 2 mile WATP
Here's to having fun and seeing that weight go down.....
SPEAKING of the 4-mile Challenge workout -- I just did that one today! I love that one the best -- I was saying elsewhere that i just love the energy and pace of that one; it's much more challenging, and I like the music better also. It's a keeper! So today I did the 4-mile walked, as well as weights - bi's and tri's.
Hey girls! Havnt been here in awhile didn't do squat these past days but I did end up doing the 2-mile WATP workout today I felt awesome and plan on doing it tomorrow as well

Good Monday Morning Gals!
A Big Ole *Welcome* to all the new gals!!
I am so very sorry I am not able to keep up right now by posting to each of you as I usually do (& enjoy doing )... I was pretty ill with a virus last week and this next 10 days or so I am very busy getting ready for a trip to see my family for Thanksgiving... it's been a little over 2 years since we last visited them. I have tons to get done yet
Keep up the WONDERFUL job exercising gals!!! I am doing what I can - have put in 6 miles so far walking on the T-Mill.
*Have a Great Day today & a Successful Week!*
God Bless,
SunnyD

Well, well, welcome Walking Gal! I'm glad to see you made it to the forum!!! I must say you're doing well already! 4 miles!!! You go girl!
I did my Leslie Sansone strength traing tape today 1 1/2 miles plus wt. balls. So I'm only up to 4.5 miles for the mos. but I'm also doing that spinning class.
Mornin' walkers! I'm guesstimating that I got in 2 miles yesterday. It was a total surprise to me. My boyfriend suggested walking the 2 dogs and I jumped at the chance. We walked to Lake Arlington from our house and sat there for a while and then walked back. It was such a nice day and a great outting. Of course my pomeranian didn't get much exercise. I carried her in a little backpack thing (actually straps on the front though), which she thoroughly enjoyed. Sounds like everyone is doing well with their miles. Later.
