Thanksgiving Day is coming S:o:oN and we all have some
goals to set for the month ;) :smug:

My November Goals:
T-Mill Walking ~ 20 miles
Walking Away The Pounds DvD ~ 15 miles

Well I think I will post an overall goal betwen the eliptical and getting out to walk..

Scarry but I think I am going to try for 75 miles
If I do 3 a day x 30 days I should get to at least 90 and then some killer days and some impossible days....

So my November goal will be 75 miles!

Ok, I'm going for 30 this month. I know, less than the 50 that I got in during October, but I have a plan.....If I can beat that, great! -- but I also have biking, weight training, and step session goals as well (my step bench and step workouts should be arriving soon!) In October I was able to get in 50 walked miles, but I'm planning to mix it up a bit more this month. So for now, I'm going for the 30 miles, but I'll play that by ear in case I can up it without compromising my other goals. :)

This is my first exercise challenge so here goes. My goal will be to walk 48 miles. That's 3 miles a day, a minimum of four days a week. :)

I would love to join in-I do a WATP tape almost everyday.

I will set my goal at 30 WATP Miles and 20 other walking miles.

I would love to join this group if you dont mind.... I havent been online for awhile and am starting up again..... :smug:

My Goal for the month of November will be to walk 50 miles. I have been doing the WATP program on and off for a month or so... I vow to become dedicated to do this 6 days a week or to walk my neighborhood which is about 2 miles.

I am also rereading Dr Phil's book again and will be posting on that forum also if anyone would like to join me.

Thank you for letting me join you!!!! I need all the support that I can get!

Sunny - I'm here, I'm here :D Ready for another month. Can't believe its November. That means I don't have much time left to reach my goal for Christmas. So I really have to get on track. But I'm still going to set my goal low for this month, at 15 miles. With the time change its going to be harder for me to get outdoors and walk. But I'm gonna try. Good to see some newbies and the regulars. Sarah I saw a girl dressed up at Halloween party like your avatar, Rosie the riveter. It was cool. I had a little too much fun and ate way too much this weekend. So I have to start over big time this week. Probably no exercise today since the weather is going to be pretty bad so I want to just run home and hide under my bed. haha Hope you're all well. Good to be back. (Boy I just re-read this post and I sure have a lot of excuses huh? haha)

Hi Ladies~

Hope you don't mind if I jump on the band wagon. I was posting here a while back and lost all motivation to do anything. It is slowing coming back and I need to start walking and doing the WATP video again. I was doing good and losing and then slowly lost the motivation and starting gaining and it is time to quit farting around. So wish me luck ladies as I do you!

Since I haven't done much exercising at all I am going to start slow so my November goal will be 20 walking miles and 20 WATP miles to which I will post at the end of each week.

Its nice to see a familiar face :) Yes I was going to school last year and received my real estate license. I have been working in real estate now for 10 months and I am loving it and doing a great job also. It is wonderful to have passion for what you do for a living again. I really feel like I am helping people meet their dreams.

Now for me to meet my dreams. :)
