I took the dogs out for a 4 mile walk this morning before I went and gave blood. A beautiful day here.

Thanks Narnia...and way to go. on lifting the weights. I am going to go do 15 min of MFC. I just found out the cardio option has more intervals than the weight loss option. I NEED intervals.

I am also going to do some strength training.
