Yesterday I did 60 min. elliptical level 7 resistance doing average 130 strides per minute.

Today I did 40 min. strength training arms, legs and abs. Might walk later if it doesnt rain.

In laws come in late tonight so over the next few days I will probably hit the gym longer to get away hahaha.

Thanks for the welcome you girls rock and are so consistant, thats what it takes!

Jen those planks are killer so hard for me! My exercise is all messed up with the family in town and planning a house party tonight. I will be back on board and roaring to go come thursday when all is back to normal.

looker. They are hard. I still shake so bad. but I just ignore it, and breathe. I count and breathe. and make sure EVERYTHING is pulled in. I just learned about the side planks yesterday from this website. It was a little tricky to get my feet supporting my weight, but once I did I really could feel it in my side.
