Hill walking. we got some killer hills. and jogging. I feel alive and dripping with sweat!=30 min.
I pumped my arms and really pushed off with the ball of my feet to get going as hard as I could up those hills! Why does it feel good to be covered in sweat.
My son skated while I did intervals. we stretched together too. Poor thing. He was so tired. he didn't even want to stretch, but I made him.
so stats: 30 min CARDIO HIIT on EMPTY. God, i hope i burned alot of fat!
