Hey guys, I'm gonna join this as this will give me a greater incentive to get my butt on the treadmill and not just look at it as I walk by. I was doing well last week (started TM again on Monday last previous workout was 12/23/08) but then this weekend I got a bad coughing cold and I haven't been on since thursday... but I think I'll get on again tomorrow as I'm feeling almost back to normal and make a fresh start on my exercise plan.
I'm doing a 12 week walking plan and I hope by the end I will have lost enough weight to start a walk-jog plan, and that means by the end of the year I hope to be fit enough to be running. So my goal right now is for 500miles this year!!!! I've kept track of what I've done so far so I will go make my ticker right now!
