Did you guys watch the women's marathon? I am just astounded!! 26.2 miles at a 5 min + mile pace.
Truly amazing! And they said the lead Chinese runner runs...ahem....700 miles a MONTH! And I thought about our little 500 miles by Christmas thread. She would have already been there by the end of May!!!

Yeah, it's crazy isn't it. 5:something pace for that long is just mind blowing. And 700 miles a month = nutso!!! But in a cool way!

I think I can do this! I need to buy another pedometer as I have NO idea where mine is!! I'm pretty sure 500 miles can be done by December.
