  • I've been bad about posting in this thread but I have been running! I didn't run quite as much last week because of a vacation but still managed to get a few miles in. I'm at 190.99/500 now. If I would have realized that was where I was at I would have definitely gone an extra .01 on the treadmill today - LOL!

    Midwife - I hope your back pain isn't anything too serious. My dd has upper back pain that comes and goes, but she's a cheerleader and I think she's popping something out of place when catching the other girls. For some reason it affects her when she runs. The doctor just told her to roll her back against a tennis ball on the wall. It sounds like yours is lower back pain though so that is probably not really helpful!

    Sorry I haven't been posting. I have been keeping track and I have been doing my walking/aerobic videos long with nice long walks in the park and at the camp grounds. Have had 5 extra people in my house for a month. Besides that camping and getting ready to go to the state fair has kept me busy. Glad Monday things will be back to normal. Might even have found a place that is taking applications for data entry. Heck that is a gold mind around here since no one is hiring lol.

    Jenguin, a tennis ball sounds really nice! DH has been massaging it for me, which has helped. It is off to one side and seems to be getting lower. Who knows?

  • 6.13 miles today. I'm inching closer to that 200 mark - woo hoo!
  • 1.5 at lunch yesterday 128/500, it's been a tough week running wise, but I have stayed 100% OP with food, so hopefully this weekend, after I finish my final project for my class, I can get back on track with my exercise.
  • 3.5 miles of speed work this morning almost killed me!

  • I am going to try this! I have already been walking a couple of miles a day and this will definitely help motivate me. I think if I walk some in the morning and some in the evening I can make the goal.
